Ah, so will we get to see this super secret project? I am intrigued....
Also, getting the latest little piece for my toy pics makes me happy. It's a particularly fun one, that I plan on using as a gag with some of my bad guys. And the fact that the cat is now soft and smells really nice after her bath. SHE was NOT happy, however. I'd have taken pics of her, but I was in there WITH her, so.... Probably inappropriate for the forum, LOL!  Yes, I bathe with my cat- it helps to keep her calm if I'm in the tub with her, and it's easier to hold her, in spite of the claws. Because I'm just THAT brave! (Or nuts, the jury's out on that one,  )

He greeted me by name & later addressed some comments I was making in the chat about Zelda.
 I'd like to think he may have recognized my name & that's why I got a hello when others didn't, but I dunno how realistic that is. I've sent some stuff to the guys via email, I colored one of Mike's drawings once (which he hit me back about) & I'm his friend on Steam but I'm under a different name there...

Speaking of recognition.... Just found out I won the August writing competition over on another forum I frequent! Well, "co-won" actually (every participant has to submit two votes at the end to qualify) but it's my first time hitting first place on that forum, and it was really a surprise. The entries are always really good, and I've come in second a couple of times, but never actually first before! Sadly, one guy got disqualified for not voting, but it happens.
The entry that I submitted was my latest chapter of Love Is Shell, the one from Donnie's POV. I'm really happy that it did so well, and it just made a good day great! (Also got an unexpected check from TB, so the win just makes it even better!)

I always make these when it's the next day...
There was a screw up and about 40,000 DOJ employees across country didn't receive their pay on Friday or Saturday. I was one of them.
It came today, along with a rewards check from the bank, so that brightened my day some.

Technically last night, but I finally finished that story I've been working on with Leo and Raph! Short one this time, but I had fun with it, and I think it turned out well. Just waiting for Hummer to beta for me before posting it. Yes, it's one of "those". First time I've ever tried my hand at that sort of thing, so I wanted to get some critique before posting.
