Is anyone else afraid to hear what Seth Green sounds like as Leonardo in Season 3?

Not sure if someone made a thread about it yet but I heard the news and shuttered after hearing how annoying his voice was in HULK and the agents of SMASH.

Eh, not too much. I mean, sure, Agents of SMASH sucks, but Green has been in plenty of other good stuff.

And lets not forget this show has Andrea Romano, the best casting and voice director in the business. So I wouldn't get too worried.

On my list of things I'm worried about for Season 3:

Leo's voice change is right after "Will Cheery Bing be added to the list of flavors on ICK?"

At first yes, I was put off to the idea of Seth Green voicing my favorite turtle. But upon further thought Seth has an incredible range, maybe he doesn't always show it but he has turned in some great performances.

I wish Biggs would stay, I rather like his voice but I have no doubt that Seth will do an excellent job.

Slightly apprehensive, but he's a pretty good voice talent so hoping/trusting he'll make it work... At least we know it's coming and not kept in the dark.

We'll get used to it. Maybe we'll eventually even prefer it. But hoping it's not too terribly jarring at first.

I'm actually pretty curious how this will play out. I've seen a video where someone put different versions of Seth's voice over some clips of Leo and it wasn't that bad. I could definetely get used to it.

Adrea Romeo does no wrong, in my opinion. If she says Seth Green is a good replacement, then she's a good replacement.

BTW - do you think Jason Biggs was fired? He had that tweeting mishap, that shot across FOX News. He's had other troubles, from what I've heard, too. Then suddenly he's not even completing this season.

BUT - seriously - Leo is probably the easiest voice to replace. Commanding leader-type (if not for the fact I knew Bigg wasn't playing it, I never would have known he never voiced Leo in the TMNT Video game.)

Bottom line, Seth is going to do fine.

Nope. Excited, if anything. I've enjoyed his work for a very long time and I'm very curious to see what "take" he has on Leo. And I think Seth will give the role some more stability, as he tends to stick around and stay professional with his VA roles.

I'll miss Biggs' take, though. I thought he was excellent in the role, but if this was unavoidable, I'm glad it went to Green.

You guy's will get used to it over time, I remember you hated the last replacement but he was getting better as Leo before getting replaced again.

I'm disappointed Dominic didn't get the job honestly cause he did well if greem has to mimic biggs I'd be sad for green as he's a great v a. Just a pity that nick didn't start with green as biggs was kinda bland.

Seth seems like a really cool and all round nice guy, and a terrific actor both onscreen and off. I trust he'll make a great Leo. Looking forward to hearing him.

I don't think anyone will be able to top Biggs, he was really the perfect voice for Nick Leo IMO. I guess we'll see.
