Zen Monkey Studios Enamel Pins
Hey, everyone! I couldn't locate another thread dedicated to the enamel pins by Zen Monkey Studios, so I decided to create a thread considering they have been on a roll with some really great pins!
Not only do they have a great amount of pins dedicated to the '87 cartoon, but they recently did a set of blind bag Mirage Comic TMNT pins. These are all licensed as well, so they make for a great collectible. Anyone else collect these? I have purchased about 15 or so pins from them thus far and I've been super happy with the quality and service. I ordered five of their blind bags and I have already managed to make a trade with another customer. What's great is the company will feature your duplicates are in their Instagram story if you are looking for something else. I do have one duplicate Donnie (color), but I might have more duplicates after I receive my next batch of five pins. I'll create a post in the Buying/Selling Section once I know. Check them out here: https://www.zenmonkeystudios.com/col...-ninja-turtles |

Those are sweet. I kinda have a thing for pins, having a bunch spread out on a black cap I wear like a fisherman would with lures. These would be a great addition to it, especially the Mirage classic ones to catch the sunshine.
Agreed. I'm not a fan of "blind" and "collectibles" being a thing for the sake of the longevity of sales. Takes the fun and accomplishment out of it.

Yeah, I too agree on the whole blind bag thing. While it's inconvenient for a collector to keep purchasing, struggling to get certain pins...I also get it from a company standpoint. I'm already suckered into this, trying to acquire the certain colorways I need...BUT I really like this company. What's even better is they do free shipping if your order exceeds $30, which sounds like a lot, but luckily these pins are $8 each. That's really a steal since most companies charge $15 - $20 on licensed blind bag/mystery enamel pins.
I'm not sure just how long enamel pins will be around, but they've been staying pretty popular since they blew up roughly five years ago. I'm hoping Zen Monkey Studios releases another set with different characters (maybe a full villains set), but then again I don't because I am already blowing a bunch of money on this set, lol. |

There's a handful that have shown up on eBay. However, they never really tend to turn up when searching "Zen Monkey Studios." Just search "tmnt pin" and a few pop up here and there. However the best deals are solely through the zenmonkeystudios.com site.
