Prismatic sticker sheet

I recently purchased this sealed sticker sheet. Was wondering if anyone knows of how frequently these show up or has any other info on it? Thanks!

I've seen a few before. Wouldn't say it's incredibly rare and valuable as the stickers sell for for around $2 or $3 a piece. I could be wrong. Nice score.
