Even if Juan Cena made it to TV, It's fine. It's a goofy fun storyline that has been around for AGES. Yellow dog, Mister America and such.

yeah that's true

It's happening on house shows already. Who knows if it'll make it to TV. Probably won't since Orton apparently has neck issues and they'll need Cena back ASAP.

That sucks...I really liked P.

Just listened to the Miz on Bill Simmons' podcast. Good show! Made me like the Miz even more.

he wanted his release and they gave it to him

It appears WWE has released MVP from his contract. Below are quotes from his Twitter this evening:

"We all have many dreams. Realizing one sometimes prevents you from realizing another. Decisions must be pondered & made ! Stand by ...

No need for alarm. I did not get fired . I asked for & received my release. I felt it was time to go international & freshen things up.

They're not screwing me this time. They're actually DOING RIGHT by me ! They've honored MY request."

here's what i read:

- WWE may have nixed the Juan Cena character after some new promotional material for upcoming live events no longer lists him as appearing. At some events, Edge is replacing Juan in the main events. As noted before, Juan's debut at the WWE live event on Sunday was considered a trial run but they did have plans to use the character.

Yup. Just a thing for houseshows I guess.

Kind of a shame. I really liked how blatant it was and the mask was awesome.

Wow. That is funny. I wish they would show it on TV.

As for MVP, I'm sad he's gone, but if he wanted to be let go, that was his choice. He'll be missed though.

Impact was okay last night. I had no idea Mickie James could sing. She's pretty good. I'm glad Mr. Anderson's back, too. I had a feeling he'd be the special guest referee for Morgan's match against Hardy. Also loved the opening match. I didn't watch the main event because I was tired.

The Slammy's/Raw was kind of lame last night. Oh well.

Is anyone else wondering if the "demon face" girl from the Miz cash-in was a plant? I'm wondering how they would find her to give her the Slammy.

She wasn't a plant. She was outside the building with everyone else in orlando.

WWE has it's ways.

Yeah, I don't think they'll be starting a Toddler Wrestling Entertainment company anytime soon.

I enjoyed the Slammys actually. The fact they got David f*cking Arquette was pure genius.

I'm looking forward to Sheamus/Morrison at TLC.

David Arquette actually was awesome. He came off as such an asshole, I loved it.

And I bet that Morrison-Sheamus match will be good. I'd like to see that and the tables match with Laycool...but it looks like I'll have to wait for the DVD on netflix. :/

Angry Miz girl was totally the same person. I thought it was hilarious though, I remember watching Raw when The Miz won and seeing the Angry Miz Girl and totally LOLing.
I liked Raw, Arquette was hilarious as well. Anyone else think that The Miz or Orton were gonna get Superstar of the Year?
