What's the statute of limitations? Can he still legally be charged with war crimes? Can we file a class-action lawsuit for punitive damages? Mental anguish? SOMEthing?

If you look at the Michael Dooney sketchbook that Tundra put out in 1991, you'll see concept drawings for Chrome Dome and Antrax.


And this other thread also about character creation credit is indispensable, and you guys should probably merge it with this thread.
