Found most of the newer stuff except Dojo Splinter. Haven't been to TRU in a while but they haven't had much new stuff when I've checked but Walmart has been good to me.
If anyone is looking to buy the Jakks Michelangelo in Canada the Toy Trove has it for preorder ($109.99). https://www.thetoytrove.com/tmnt-mic...it-p-6040.html They also have all of the newer Funko Pop figures https://www.thetoytrove.com/index.ph...yword=tmnt+pop Flat rate shipping is $12.99 or you can pick up if you live close enough. I've bought a bunch of things off of them now and they're usually pretty good. I'm looking forward to displaying the giant Mikey! |

The Half Shell Heroes line is now out here in Canada. I got a bunch of them for my 2 year old son for Christmas. He enjoys playing with his big brothers stuff from the basic Nick line and when he saw the HSH stuff he was very interested so that should work well.
Pricing was pretty good too, $8.99 for the 2 packs and the TMNT w/small vehicles, and $17 for the slightly bigger talking turtles and shredder but the $50 for the giant talking and fighting Leo is a bit pricey. TRU had a bonus of 15 Air Miles when you spend over $40 so 5 of the 2 packs made it easy to spend $45. |

Missed out on the $3 sale on the initial TMNT sale at Dollarama but with the Revoltech figures coming out between September and this month, there wasn't really any need for it.

Yeah I want the Revoltech figs! I'm hoping Dollarama gets a restock of the basic TMNT figs

Apparently Amazon.com is no longer selling toys to Canadians. 3rd party sellers still will but the stuff from amazon.com will say that they will ship here and then fail when you try to check out or get an estimate.
I bought the LARP Turtles and Dojo Splinter on October 10th and got them October 24th and I tried to check more stuff the next day and now it will not work. I even tried to Estimate the Shipping on the figures I just received and it will not work. Amazon customer service said that this is something that JUST changed so looks like it is waiting for new figures to get released by Spin Master or go to Ebay and ToysRUS.com. Amazon is claiming a change in warranty will not permit them to sell North of the Border. |

I made a trip down to Blaine Washington to pick up a TRU.com order. I had some time so I went down to Bellingham to check out the toy stores at the mall. First stop was target, I had 3 comic turtles, dojo splinter, and a robotic foot in my hands. I ended up walking out of there with a kraang. ( I would have picked up tiger claw if he was there)
#1- because I haven't seen a kraang up in Canada for 6 months (I was a bit late to the party) #2- I think I enjoy the hunt for the toys as much, if not more than actually having the toys in my possession. I could have had most of newest wave already before they are released in Canada but I decided to wait.... Hope I don't kick myself |

Looks like Amazon stopped being dumb and is allowing Canada to order toys again. I got the comic book turtles and 3 vehicles (Grasskicker,ShellFlyer, and Hot Rod With Mikey figure) and also the talking t-Phone. Half of this stuff is for me and half is for the kids. I am sure you can figure out who gets what

Nothing yet. They are also hard to import cheaply. Amazon.com only has 3rd parties selling with crazy shipping and amazon.ca only has 1 guy with outrageous pricing. Toysrus.com has them but will not import it last time I tried.
Everytime I go to the stores I check but it is a pain checking through all those turtles and splinters and shredders only to find nothing. |

Just tried now and it failed saying it can't be shipped to this Country. Both the Foot Soldier and Krang are not eligible.
