Sorry but I want all collectors to have a shot at getting the figures they want. Besides I'm sure there will be something that makes the SDCC Exclusive different than anything else that comes out.

Same here. I don't care about "the hunt" or rarity of something. If Scratch were the most common figure, I'd still have him in my collection... it just wouldn't have cost me $80.

This is NECA we're talking about. None of their stuff is really that rare and they will all get reissues eventually. Look at even the more rare stuff like 89s Batman and the Superman figure. Eventually there were enough for those who wanted it.

I never purchase NECA merch with the intent to resell it in the future, so I actually get pretty happy when I see certain figures being re-released.
I know some people were pretty angry when NECA started to re-release all the Gremlins figures again because some of those were going for high prices, which people paid. I know I'd be slightly annoyed if I had just spent a good chunk of money on something that was about to be re-released for far cheaper. |

Yeah, I'm really holding out hope that the 1990 Henson 7" figures eventually get some retail opportunities ... but we'll have to see.

Hrmm. Well, besides what Randy mentioned on Pixel Dan's video about the retail opportunity in regards to the cartoon and video game line ... where did we get any possible confirmation this is a for sure thing for the 1990 series?

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought ... we're pretty much still in wait and see mode.

Randy answered both mine and another question in regards to TMNT NECA figures being available at Target.
Here's hoping those 1990 figures are for sure a thing for GameStop at least.

Looks like NECA will have half of a 4 foot section once it’s filled with merchandise.

How are the toy departments at your Targets? There are 3 I frequent in my area (not for toys), but when I walk through them the isles are always a mess and half full....and they are pretty small. These are the large Targets that are also a 1/4 size super market. The "grown-up. entertainment" toy area is by the video games and DVDs and has always looked like the pic above. Wondering if they will try and get their act together by X-Mas and increase their space/stock with no more TRU in the game
