Rare Theme Song Demo

So, I decided to make a turtlepower.ru account because I found some stuff on there that I've never seen anywhere else, specifically this demo of the 2003 theme song by Peter Scaturro and Din Morris. I couldn't find any information on Din Morris, but Peter Scaturro provided the music for the show. It reminds me a lot of the Batman Beyond theme. Does anyone know where this came from? I can't believe that I've never heard this before today!

Edit: Here's the mp3.

While I much prefer the theme we got by a long shot, this was still fun to check out nonethless.

By the way, is the theme supposed to be in sync with the animation in the video or was it just put there to be a placeholder?

Shredder could've done more than blow up the Channel Six building. I don't mean as far as murdering Splinter, but think of the possibilities if censors were not an issue.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

Good, but I doubt it would work as the official series them song.

I swear, I think a version of this either ended up as background music for the show or one of the video games.

I put it as a placeholder. The more I listen to it, I'm starting to believe that it may have been considered for Back to the Sewer or an unused concept after Fast Forward. The fact that the lyrics refer to the show as "TMNT," use the words "again," "back," and "new heights," and contain references to "planets, neighborhoods, and solar systems," it doesn't sound like it was meant for the first season.

Maybe the second Fast Forward season that never aired?
