RIP William Christopher of M.A.S.H

According to ABC, William Christopher, best known for his role as Father Mulcahy on M*A*S*H, passed away today at the age of 84 from non-lung small cell carcinoma at his home in Pasadena, California. His credits include his runs on M*A*S*H and After M*A*S*H. He also appeared on Hoganís Heroes, Gomer Pyle: USMC, The Love Boat. He also voiced the angel Smurf on The Smurfs animated TV series.

Indeed. I used to watch it every night after I came home from work. Watched almost the entire series, and he was always one of my favorites on the show.
