Hyperstone Heist Sprites
I ripped Hyperstone Heist Sprites of the four Turtles. They're in .PCX format
You can view .PCX images using the free image program Irfanview: http://www.irfanview.com/ INFO ===== +All Basic/Special Attacks & Movement frames +Better proportions/detail/colors than the Turtles in Time SNES rips that are out there on the web already +Added a few Custom made frankensprites -Didn't include the flattened, frozen, De-mutation, "My Toe!" frames Click on the turtle to download the sprites LEONARDO MICHELANGELO DONATELLO RAPHAEL The whole reason I ripped these was for use in the MUGEN engine I planned on converting Raphael for it and he's coming along rather nicely so far I'll be posting more sprites as I rip them Last edited by dcat; 07-26-2017 at 05:17 PM. |

Hyperstone Heist lacked some challenge and level design but the sprites were certainly this game's saving grace. Superior to any other version, IMO.

On the post above, where did the Leo and Raph poses come from in the game? I don't recognize them.

I've always wanted to see custom April Tournament Fighters sprites. Maybe even in the classic yellow jumpsuit since she looked more like Blaze from Streets of Rage 2 than her OT counterpart. Anyhoo, she was the best and cheapest character in that game hands down! No one could counter her deadly sliding kick and (endless) German suplex combo!
EDIT: My 400th post! Such a milestone...

That first sprite you have with the 4 turtles is my avatar. But guess what, I don't know where i got it from. I think its from a myspace avatar site but i'm not 100% sure. cool on the sprites anyways.

Yeah, M.U.G.E.N. is a highly underrated internet movement that can create some very awesome what-if matchups.
For instance: Raph and Don so would have won this if the CPU had simulated the whole thing!

Why did you even bother? The Hyperstone Heist sprites are just low quality versions of the ones in Turtles in Time.

Not so, Dan. While the Turtles in Time sprites used a brighter color pallete and a few more animations, Hyperstone Heist sprites featured subtle details missing in the SNES version. Also, the Genesis offered "animation" and "comic" skin colors, which I think T in T lacked.
