One of the former head toy design artists of Playmates past followed me on Tumblr! One of my biggest inspirations, for sure. Super cool. Maybe now I'll finally start being more active on there, knowing they're peeping my work.

Dude, that's awesome! I totally need to start following you; I didn't even know that you had a Tumblr! Though given some of the things I post, I would definitely recommend that you don't follow me back.

My happy thing is that I have put together a particularly bangin' outfit today despite feeling moderately bleh. Black jeans, black Converse, loose purple shirt, black waistcoat and a multi-coloured unicorn scarf which I have artfully tied so that it looks like a cravat. I da man.

I barely use it. It started out as a blog to share obscure TMNT images then I started to post my own art & then got bored & more or less stopped using it. So if you keep tabs on my art here or on DA, that's all you need. Though I may remove my art from it & go back to the original formula... Thinking about making a TMNT website, & that could be the foundation for it. Dunno.

Nope. Have too many more important obligations for my paycheck to devote the money to a subscription movie service that I would barely have time for anyway. This way, I get all the commentary, the extras, and only have to pay ONCE. Stuff like this is the reason I prefer DVD over digital- since my net service already depends ENTIRELY on whether I have airtime on my phone. (I tether- had a one-time 10$ app charge, and once downloaded, I can use internet for "free" FOREVER- as long as my phone has airtime.) If I can't buy time for my phone, Hulu or whatever would f*cking USELESS to me. And it DOES happen on occasion, so I'd rather buy once and have it anytime, than keep paying a monthly fee or subscription for something that I might not even be able to use!

Only reason I even bought it at all was A) we had the minor windfall, and B) I'd never seen the second "season". (aka the half with Near and the other weirdo chick whose name I forgot.) And I loved Ryuk. Though if I ever find the LA movie set, I'll get it too, because it's my favorite out of the manga Or the anime series.

Oh my god, Ryuk is incredible, easily the most entertaining character in the series. L was my favourite, though.

A friend of mine has a shirt with Ryuk on it they want to send me but I need to find something to trade first x.x

YES! I like the movies the best by far, mostly for the incredible twist at the end that was different from both the manga and the anime. Though it was the anime that got me into it to begin with.
