Possibly not, due to the port strike.

Is TMNT vol.2 #10 particularly harder to find than other issues of the same volume or am I imagining things ?

Question for anyone who has ordered comics from Mirage's website:

I ordered about 13 comics in one order from them back in late December, and they still have not arrived yet. I've bought from them a bunch of times before and this is the longest it has ever taken, do you think I should contact them? It says allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.

It may not hurt with how long it has been. My orders never took more than 3 weeks despite them saying it may take 8. I'm sure it's just the holidays in addition to them not working regular hours

With the Volume 1 stuff do you guys prefer the IDW's ultimate collection in black and white or The Works books in color?

So I was going through Tumblr and I came across this pleasant picture:

Anyone care to tell me which one of our dear heroes in a half shell this is?!? It came from a Donnie RP blog, but I know Raph looses one of his eyes in a future arc, so I was just curious if it's either him or Donnie.

(Man, I can't wait till the Archie comics start getting darker. I just finished the intergalactic wrestling one and...I'm sorry, a giant floating cow head that goes through the time and space continuum? What were these guys smoking?!?!?)

The giant floating cow head is what has prejudiced me against ever reading TMNTA. I saw one issue in a bookstore as a kid, went "what the hell", put it down, and picked up the other issue they had: TMNT Volume 3 #13:

Never looked back.

Cudley is where you draw the line? You realize this is a series about anthropomorphic teenage turtle mutants who use ninjitsu to fight a villain named after a cheese grater, right?

YIKES! Yeah, I can see how you'd take that image a BIT more seriously.

Honestly, I'm willing to read as many of the TMNT comics as I can, from as early as the Mirage to even the recent 2012 adventures. I'm just happy to have a comic series to indulge in again. I never really got into any mainstream comics, except for X-men but only when Nightcrawler was involved or was the central character.

I know the Archie comics start off really silly, but I don't like to jump too far in the middle in case they make a reference. I'm a stickler for chronological order, which makes being a Nightcrawler fan even harder due to the fact he's been around since like the 70s. Still, TMNT has my by the heartstrings and I'm willing to read every page I can download.

What are the chances of the volume 4 issues being released in any other format. Any chance of the issues being released digitally?

Who owns the volume 4 material? Is there any chance of IDW releasing the issues in TP down the road?

As long as IDW keeps the licenses, we have no reason to believe that TMNT Volumes 3 and 4 won't be collected in TPB eventually. Volume 2's last TPB will be released at the end of April, so we should see Volume 3 beginning in the late summer or early fall. From there, estimating five TPBs to collect all of Volume 3 (see my assumed order below) taking a little over a year if they get released once a quarter... I would expect Volume 4 reprints in late 2016. But that's all guesswork and assumption.

TPB 1: #1,2,3,4,5
TPB 2: #6,7,8,9
TPB 3: #10,11,12,13
TPB 4: #14,15,16,17,18
TPB 5: #19,20,21,22,23

I know this is a TMNT comic thread, but I figured this fell in the ballpark:

Usagi Yojimbo. If this is his name, then what the heck does "Myamoto Usagi" mean? (Apologies for any misspellings.) I'm just confused because I've seen both titles and I can't determine what Usagi's last name is.

Usagi Yojimbo is the title of the comic and it translates to "Rabbit Bodyguard".

Miyamoto Usagi is the name of the character and it's a play on Miyamoto Musashi, a famous swordsman from Japanese history.

The Playmates toyline and Fred Wolf cartoon is the only version to actually use Usagi Yojimbo as the character's name, either as a mistake or as part of a licensing/marketing thing.

Usagi Yojimbo is the name of the comic book, it means rabbit bodyguard, or something like. Miyamoto Usagi is the name of the character, and it's a mix of Miyamoto Musashi (a hystorical figure and swords man), and the word Usagi (rabbit). Miyamoto is his family name, which is first in japanese language.
