Im so glad they are back in the city. Aside from the frog episode the early part of the season kind of sucked. Also muck man would make a great toy. But playmates is likely to screw him up.

Based on the way that Muckman is so anxious to turn human again, I don't think he'll be on this show for long, unless Joe Eyeball convinces him.

Not a great, stellar, "Much Wow" episode, but more of a filler. Good to see B and R back on the scene and more of their discontent of being Shredder's henchiest of the henchmen. Overall, Muckman may be a staple on the show, but if Creep ever comes back up on the show, I want to see them face off.

Anyone else think Muckman was based on The Thing from Fantastic Four? Similar voice, similar face, similar hero complex? I was expecting him to say, "It's Clobbering Time!" at some point.
Really good episode. Bebop/Rocksteady were funny, I really liked this Muckman, and some good scenes all around |

I like that Bebop and Rocksteady are legitimate threats. And I love that they are only kinda sorta loyal to Shredder. Plus the turtles trying to sneak out = hilarious.

I also love how this episode proved to be so much better than your average filler episode in this series. Nicely done! A special lmao at the "We're ninjas, not everyone can be as stealthy as we are" joke

It seems like April is hinting at becoming a reporter the way she was reading the newspaper and outsmarting the on-air anchor, with that freeze frame at the very end another possible hint of her future. Splinter continues to be a strong Sensei even if he felt a bit too tight with protecting the Turtles. I haven't watched the OT episode of Muckman, but given the former was produced in one of the show's weakest seasons, this episode was fairly good, but I wasn't too impressed with some of the battle scenes, though the backstory involving Bebop/Rocksteady and turning back shows that it was one of the funnier episodes with all the jokes much like a mid-OT episode, and its good to see them not being bumbling idiots. Next week does look interesting with Dark Raph and I'm definitely looking more forward to it.

What sort of scientist gives two mutants a shopping list?
It made me laugh, but why would Baxter do that?

This episode was good from beginning to end. Also continuity! So much continuity!
It was great seeing Bebop and Rocksteady being formidable foes and them talking about taking over the foot. And April was useful without using her powers. Everything about this episode made me so happy. Quote:
Comedy is so much better when it's not coming just Mikey alone. I miss this so much from season 1.
