The X in #4 is from Micro Machines used to hold the car in place in the packaging, maybe some collectors would want these but I would consider it trash (and I collect MMs). I'm thinking #3 is the same but not for sure.

You really don't need to go any farther than this. If there are no markings, it isn't an official release figure. From the looks of it, it appears to be made up from remolded parts of various figures.

The articulation seems to be the same, it even has the same sort of internal leg sprue that the Turtles have. The sculpt on it looks a little wonky, it has a very tough time standing because the legs are very poorly sculpted. No stamps of markings that I could find, the bottom of his feet is totally smooth. The only thing I see is that he has a "Made in China" sticker on his butt:

I think I stumbled across the line this guy belongs to, "Fighting Action Turtles," please correct me if I'm wrong: http://www.bootlegactionfigures.com/fightingturtles.htm

^I'm pretty sure those non-TMNT weapons are Toxic Crusaders. The Tommy guns are Dick Tracy.

The green gun in the lower left is from Scumbug. The Yellow chain whip came with Talkin' Leonardo , though his is usually blue.

Anyone know what this is? I found it in a thrift shop, but I can't find anything like it on-line. It's a piece of glass, about 5inch by 5inch. Looks like a light could be behind it in a box, making it display well?

Carnival prize. Search for carnival mirror prize. They used to have silksreened images of all sorts of things (bands, cartoons, funny pics, etc. usually in a cheap cardboard frame. The nicer ones had a wooden or metal frames and came in different sizes.

Some of the bands, and 80's cartoon ones can be pretty desirable. I have a Transformers and a Robotech one still.

I'm going to guess that it was a carnival prize. They were very common in the 80's and usually had logos of kid's TV shows or bands. Originally it would have had a white paper border around it. A quick Google image search turned up a couple of other MOTU themed tiles that are very similar:

carnival mirror prizes, heman

The brown guy with the cross bow is Archer the Gorgonite from Small Soldiers.

Other than that I'm unsure who all you need IDed.
