Anti-Christian And Jewish Messages were found on the pages of an X-Men Comic

Some Anti-Christian And Jewish Messages were discovered on the pages of X-Men Gold #1, The Marvel artist Ardian Syaf seems to have sneaked in those massages within the artwork.

Marvel later posted a response regarding the controversy.

Yeah sure, I bet there's also hidden references to the Illuminati Reptilians on it.

What a freaking idiot. These guys waste their artistic talent doing dumb stuff like this, and end up losing the opportunities they got. What I wouldn't give to have the art skills they have and the opportunities they have. They should really appreciate what they have, and not do stupid stuff like this.

You're right in that this is'nt the only time a Marvel comic have snuck in something offensive taking aim at real life people. When Bob Harras was leaving the company, the artist on an Earth X Spider-Man issue snuck in a message calling him an S.O.B.

That's pretty dumb having verse 5:51 on the shirt of a X-Man. But the "Jew-elry" bit, ew.

What's next, Magneto in a croptop saying "2C 15:12-13" or have Syaf work on the Hawkeye and Jessica Jones team-up sneaking in some 4th Surah (Women) verses?

What a dumb ass. All the Abrahamic religions are basically the same, but we'd rather be mean to each other.

I love Wilson so much.
And when I started to see signs of this burble up on my news feed, I knew she'd clarify it in terms I understand best, ie: with profanity.

She did not disappoint.

There's a sad irony in these kinds of messages appearing in an X-Men book, especially when you consider that Jack Kirby and Stan Lee were Jewish.

I hope whatever thrill the artist got out of doing that was worth the professional backlash he's gonna get.

Please no more mockery, debat, no more hate. I hope all in peace.

In this last chance, I want to tell you the true meaning of the numbers, 212 and QS 5:51.

It is number of JUSTICE. It is number of LOVE. My love to Holy Qur'an...my love to the last prophet, the Messenger...my love to ALLAH, The One God.

My apologize for all the noise. Good bye, May God bless you all. I love all of you.

Reminds me a little of those 90's Disney animators hiding stuff in movies and on box covers. The rescuers, Little mermaid, Aladdin.

It's amazing that this kind of artist was tolerated, especially by Marvel. There are plenty of talented artists out there who would leave their personal political agendas to themselves and out of the comic book they should be honored to illustrate.
