At least Adam West played Batman all the way till 2017, where he voiced him one last time in the DC animated movie.

Two DC animated movies actually. (Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders & Batman vs. Two-Face) West and Ward also reprised their roles in the 70's during Legends of the Superheroes and the animated series The New Adventures of Batman. The only time Yvonne Craig ever reprised her role as Batgirl was during a public service announcement for equal pay for women sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division.

Here's a video from 30 years ago, when the cast got together to celebrate the anniversary of the series ending.
