Deadwood Season 1 for $12 at walmart, people should check theirs to see if its $12, same with Rome season 1. Insane prices for huge sets.
Altitude...Directed by Kaare Andrews, who used to draw for Marvel. |

Bones Season 2 Both should have rung up for $12 at walmart, due to their Black Friday surplus....but somehow Rome didn't get rung up, and I got both for $12. INSANE. |

The Phantom Tollbooth on DVD
Ever since The Wizard finally came out on DVD in 2006, this was the only movie in my VHS collection that hadn't yet made it to DVD. I was always wondering if it might, but sometimes I thought it might be unlikely because it's so obscure. Then, it actually does come to DVD. I wasn't aware that it had come to DVD until two weeks after it was out, and it had been released on November 16th this year. So once I learned of it, I ordered it right away. The only drawbacks is that it's not sold in stores, but only on wbshop.com. Another is that it's actually on DVD-R, and not conventional DVD. So I was wondering if I might have problems with it once I got it. So far I've only tried playing it on my PS2 and it actually worked without skipping or stopping. It would be nice if it could be on conventional DVD, but if it has to be DVD-R, then I just hope my copy doesn't crap out on me. I'm actually keeping my VHS copy just in case it does. |

Later that day I was at Meijer and it was sitting on the shelves. I thought Best Buy was just being retarded until I looked it up when I came home and realized Meijer just put it out early. Win. |
