awesome interview.

while i'm not setting my expectations super high, hearing Ben Affleck's take on this does get me excited for his stand-alone Batman movie.

Affleck better hurry up, in a few years he might be too old to play Batman. Are they really going to have a 50+ year old Batman? On the other hand that might be cool.

Isn't that exactly what he said in interviews 5 months ago? The cyclical nature of "news" on this movie is pretty mind-boggling.

How many times is this going to be considered news?

It's not Ben's fault though. He can't help that this movie is the only thing "reporters" will ask him about when he's doing press for other movies.

We had a 50 year old Batman in Batman Beyound

I get he doesn't want to do a film if the script isn't good, look what happened with Batman Forever? It's known as the worst Batman film to date, I don't think Affleck wants to be known for a film like that.

However, Batman V.S Superman wasn't good either, did he like the script to that one? It got a lot of bad reviews. I hated how they wrote Lex Luthor, nothing like all the past ones and the actor was over the top in my opinion. Than again, I knew Lex Luthor in the Justice League series, I know other shows tend to tweak characters as it goes on, better or worse. I myself liked the Justice League version the best.

no Batman and Robin is known as the worst batman film not Batman Forever to date its what killed the bat movie franchise until Batman Begins
