Yea, I don't know if it was intentional or not but it was pretty nasty...would this be such a big deal if they weren't such rivals, I dunno...but it was a very good game...its crunch time guys!

Today my Jets landed Thomas Jones from the Bears.
They get him, and their #63 pick in the draft.

All the Jets had to give in exchange was their #37 pick.

I am very happy with this. Jones will be a good replacement for Curtis Martin at the rb department.
I would almost call this deal a steal.

Man, that was a great deal/steal...Thomas Jones IMO is very much underated...and he'll definately be an upgrade..CMart when healthy was a phenomenal back...good deal...

Im still wondering if Plummer is going to report or retire...

You're right, Curtis Martin was one of the best backs I have seen play. He is a quiet guy, soft spoken, etc. and I think that may be why he never got much media attention. He is definately a shoe-in for the HOF.

Jake should report. The guy has a few good more years left in him IMO. He really isn't that bad of a qb, he just had a hard time playing in the Denver system. The NFC would be a bit easier for him I think.

UConn lost today, so they are out of the big east tourney and they aren't going to the NCAA this year.

Thats what happens when your players from the year before are too good....

It's so strange to see UConn bad and for them to not make the tourney is crazy.

Not like any of you care but Central Michigan beat Buffalo today. They play Akron tomorrow and if they pull of that upset, they'll be sitting pretty good.

Boruc should leave Celtic asap. He's too awesome for this mediocre club.

The Scottish league doesn't deserve two spots in the champions league, it's incredibly overrated.

Anyone see the fight between Inter and Valencia yesterday?

The guy in grey that everyone ran after in the beginning broke someone's nose. Valencia went through to the quarter finals.

Edit: better video

I'll be down for a pool probably. I have a bracket set up on facebook, I didn't put much time or thought into it, just went on some gut instincts.

It was just a bad year. Almost every player from last year left for NBA, so there was only freshman and sophomores, and they're coming along but none of them are extremely talented. 1-3 years I give them to be a great team again.

To be honest, that sort of situation has me VERY worried about next year, when our entire starting five is gone...we have some promising young guys, but obviously they havent had much playing time considering the starters we got...but thats next year...

This year we have another championship to win!

Did you radomize your bracket on Facbook ??? I better not lose to someone who randomizes theirs.

haha, no I didn't randomize it. I picked who I thought would win, but didn't compare the two teams and think into each game any more than 30 seconds.

My final four is Kansas, Maryland, Ohio State, and Georgetown. And I picked Ohio state beating Maryland in the championship 89-88 for a tie breaker...

I have a question about the 1 in 6 gazillion chance of picking a perfect bracket...this statistic seems a little off. Does it take into consideration the chances of each team winning based on their seed in the tournament? Obviously a 16 seed isn't going to win the tournament, let alone get past the first round...does the 1 in a bagazillion statistic take this into consideration, or is it 1 in a googleplex chance of picking teams at random?

Thats a good Final 4...I could see Maryland giving Florida some trouble. And if they did beat Florida Wisky is the #2 and imo a weak 2 seed.

As for your question...I have no idea dude , it confused the heck outta me. But I can imagine the odds aren't good.
