I picked up Rock Band 4 and it is absolutely the worst group of songs in the history of these games. It's all ass-rock indie trash or shredding garbage that only gets played by people playing alone. There are like three songs I could play casually (which is the only way I play rock band) which is absolutely obnoxious. My wife checked out immediately when we went through the playlist after playing the tour mode for about an hour.

Taking it back today. F*ck that noise. Who the hell are they making these games for now?

MGSV is so disappointing on so many levels. The structure and flow of the game is absolutely abysmal. If this wasn't Metal Gear I can picture reviews and the general sentiment around the game being far more negative.

Yet another modern game with a needless open world that only detracts from the experience. Got have that bullet point, though. Might end up being the only Metal Gear game I don't finish.

Playing extinction for PS2. Merely battling tiny slugs but soon... there will be madness.

According to neogaf there might be a Twilight Princess HD coming similar to Wind Waker HD. They apparently datamined it and discovered a listing that its not just a Wii virtual console game either.

If it is in HD I hope they completely re-do the graphics and don't just remaster it like a lot of those PS2's remasters on PS3.

It might be a rushed release to make up for no big Nintendo game this holiday.

They would need to redo a lot more than just the graphics to fix Twilight Princess.

Snagged a Tri Force Heroes demo code off Reddit today, only to find that it is only local multiplayer.

Does Tri-force heroes have a single player mode? I haven't been paying attention, isn't it similar to the Four Swords games just with 3 Links instead?

Yes, you can play in single player which replaces the other 2 Links with puppets you can control. Bad news though, co-op only works with 3 people. And yeah, it's like Four Swords but with a stronger cooperative focus. The three Links now share health and no longer have to compete for rupees.

MGSV is an incredible set of gameplay systems mixed up with atrocious design, awful pacing, half-baked ideas and predatory practices. I started playing it for the first time in a few days today to see that Konami has actually patched in a wonderful little detail that has your single player resources not only limited, but locked to their sh*t online mode.

F*ck THAT. Quit.

I played the triforce heroes demo and it was great. I'm not sure voice chat is necessary but maybe a sarcastic sticker is needed when one of your team mates is missing. The first team I got wasn't so great and quit after halfway through the first stage but eventually I formed a team where we were able to go through all three stages and by the third stage we were a beast and could read each others moves. Sadly I probably won't be getting the game. 4 Swords was always such a great concept I wish it had been a new IP since many people just see it as a Spin-Off and while different from normal Zelda in a sense it's still awesome.

Just got Dragon Ball Extreme Butoden

With the launch day game I got a code for extra in game characters (early unlock) and another one for the SNES version of the game, but that one isn't working... T_T

Mechanics are super simple, but animations look great and S rank paranoia looks like a lot of hours to complete the game

Smackdown vs Raw 2009, SVR 10' and SVR 11
I wanted to play each of those to see which was the best SVR game. I still think 2k7 is. I just like the mechanics, speed and roster more.

Yoshi's Wooly World is so fun. Easily the best Yoshi game since the SNES original, the graphics are amazing and getting all the collectables is surprisingly fun and challenging.

People complain Nintendo releases too many 2D platformers on the Wii-U, but all of them have been fantastic.
