I enjoy it now a bit more than I used to. It just didn't deliver enough "new" to the table over 1, and Danny Glover < Arnold Schwarzenegger.

I really enjoyed Predators as well, except there was way too many homages to 1 in the dialogue, and it felt like it was missing a suitably climactic ending. It felt like it'd be like if Aliens ended with just Ripley and Bishop taking off from the planet, and we didn't get that big Queen fight on the Sulaco, or something.

Original artist Ryan Wilton is back on, tackling all art duties. The book will be somewhat shorter than originally envisioned (approximately 32 pages vs. the 48+ I was thinking).

Having gotten into the Alien and Predator franchises recently, I got pretty excited for this.

Goddamn, I was only 24 years old at the time this thread was made. I'm no longer a young man, can't believe I'm going to be middle age by the time this comes out.

To put it in perspective, you posted this thread the same time the IDW TMNT comic just started in 2011, (I think it's very first issue came out the same month), and one year before the Nick cartoon began.

Hell, this was at the point where we had no idea what form or direction the TMNT franchise would take under Viacom's umbrella. God, it's amazing how much things can change in only 6 years.
