Looks like he has a vehicle and on the trunk, you can see what looks like his Golf Bag.

...the same sequence where April is seen with her blond wig

Yeah the Mirage84 license plate, Baxter Stockman, and especially the footage of The Foot Clan all look really good. I hope The Foot Clan are actually ninjas this time and can fight the turtles with their weapons in this movie.

The black ops dudes couldn't beat the Turtles in the first movie with guns. The Turtles are super strong and invulnerable/"bullet-proof." They were one hand punching black ops dudes into the air in the first movie.

While it's super duper special awesome that the ninjas finally look like Ninjas, it's completely pointless now and they've written themselves into a corner.

Don't underestimate their ability to completely ignore previous established plot points.

I totally expect the Turtles to be made far more vulnerable than they were in the first film. We're already seeing these type of changes in Shredder and The Foot.

If anything if they're able to best the turtles in a fight, despite their advantages, it establishes them as credible threats. Much like how Shredder in the Nick show can take out characters like Leatherhead and Rocksteady, who are shown to be physically stronger than humans. That can all work to the story's benefit.
