Well then like a week and a half or so. It was when the game first came out so I don't remember the exact timeline, but I just mean that it didn't take me too long.

Sword and Shield are the highest selling switch games of all time though, and why did our spelling of Pok?mon change? I was sure I put P O K E M O N the first time and now its the same as yours.

I got K.K. as well. You have to talk to Isabelle and make sure your island is at a 3 star rating.

The only thing I'm struggling in is getting rid of a villager. I try ignoring and fencing him and none of those worked. In fact, the villager I fenced in somehow teleports somewhere else.

Push them around long enough and hit them with the net until they get mad. Apparently that lowers their "friendship points," which should make it more likely for them to be the next villager who wants to leave.

It's been my experience that you can't trigger a villager to move out. It seems to be pretty random.

Yeah, I've just started hunting for specific villagers and learned that too, but I've been hearing all sorts of mixed things. The only thing you can really do is just keep skipping ahead through time until the right person finally wants to leave.

Yeah, one of my best friends asked to move today, for the 4th time. Seems to be totally random.

I'm addicted to this game. I'm basically being paid to sit around at home right now so it's the perfect thing. It's funny, my partner is a huge fan of this game so I bought it for her, thought it looked interesting and started playing, then got hooked. I'd played the DS version briefly years ago and hated it, so go figure...

I am finding myself getting burnt out a bit - I'll play for maybe half an hour twice a day now, whereas I was playing for 4-5 hours a day last month. Part of it is lack of stuff to do - we've got a 5-star island, it's pretty much exactly how I want it, same with my house. Got all the bugs and fish that it's possible to get right now, got all the fossils. Got more bells than I could ever spend. It's like, what now?

If you have someone staying at the campsite, you can ask them to move to your island but a resident has to move out.
