Hmm. NECA knows how to do 1/4 scale, and 6-7" scale.
So they could do a so-called 1/4 scale android body, and a 6-7" scale Krang to fit inside of it...
Did anybody float that specific combination of thoughts here yet? If not, allow me to claim it, with inspiration from xZAOx.

1/4 scale Android body would be massive.

My wallet fears your suggestion.

LOL, well to be clear I didn't mean an android body in quarter scale to an actual life-sized giant Krang droid rampaging the streets... I just mean an android body roughly the same height as all their other 1/4 scale figures...

That means they are in different scale.
You would have a Krang the height of a door if it's 1/4 scale. But I see what you are getting to. And licenses don't work that way. I don't know if Krang's android body would count as a figure or "vehicle/mech". I would sure pay for something that crazy. 6" (1/12) scale android body.

I don't for a moment think this will happen but I don't see it as outside the realm of possibility so why not add it to the speculation...

Before you get too sure of yourself let me remind you that the Krang android body has appeared in multiple sizes, both on TV and in toy lines and video games. Before we could engage in a Krang measuring contest we would first have to agree what the starting point was. But I really just mean they have proven they can make big articulated stuff, and small.

NECA has done toon and VG figures as con exclusives. This unknown game changer is a con exclusive and could be either. One is identical to the other, but with pixel paint. If you truly know the current, up to the minute state of NECA's licensing terms, and can tell us what is or isn't within the realm of possibility, I think we'd all appreciate the update...

Krang android body 1/4 scale doesn't even make sense.... Krang never appeared in the movies.

I hope they fix Slash's expression, too goofy. Copying the look of the vintage figure or Chris Allen's take on the character would yield better results.

Personally, I'm hoping for Krang in his android body. I think that fits the whole thing the best. I think there's several other possible options too - really any bad guy from the game: http://turtlepedia.wikia.com/wiki/Te...e_(video_game)
Android Krang and Slash together in the same box would be overkill.... They are sellers on their own, would be smarter to separate them.

Oh, good point. I guess it depends on how much NECA wants to stretch out the line.

If they wanted to "save" Android Krang, I wonder who they'd go with then. None of the other villians jump out to me as more likely than the next.

A bit presumptuous on your part to say 0.

Not really, because Hothead has 0% connection to Dimension X.

Wow I was just reading up on Hothead, I don’t think I’ve ever extended his neck like the card says. I gotta dig him out and try it.

Why does all the Quarter scale TMNT have to be from the movies?

That's what they're doing right now. They wouldn't deviate from that without a lead-in, like Fred Wolf 1/4 turtles or something.

I could see them making a big one to scale with last years cartoon based figures, but it wouldn't be 1/4.

I'm kind of confused by their scaling and Mondo's also. The baby turtles from the movie line are 1:1, not 1:4. Mondo's baby turtles should be much smaller to be to scale with the ooze canister too. April from the NECA comic line seems way too big (although I have never owned one so it could be her hair). Krang would be to scale with any and every line despite the size of the toy because of his android body's molecular amplification circuit.

Neca April is a small figure so I doubt she's too large to be 1:10th scale as she fits better with marvel legends then the average neca figure

neither does the 4th figure. I'd say even slash is a bit of a stretch. He isn't 'from' dimension X. I wouldn't get hung up on the name when figuring out the 4th figure.
