There's going to be a resurgence in the Oncler Phenomenon again...I feel it in my bones.

I finally watched How The Grinch Stole Christmas live action movie, in general I liked it alright. If I were a kid I would've liked it more, I can see why some people like it and some hate it.

I think this movie will get a lot more hate than it deserves, I'm guessing it'll be similar to the Lorax which I didn't watch. I'm not a fan at all of the Dispicable Me movies though.

I hope it's good for the sake that they're making the Mario movie and I don't want them to just make a by the numbers movie.

I’m actually hyped for this movie. It looks so beautiful, an upgrade from the last two movies. And more Benedict Cumberbatch is a plus.

I saw it last night and I thought it was a colorful and harmless little movie for families. There wasn't anything really new added to the story, but I did enjoy it more than the Jim Carey version. The voice performances from Benedict Cumberbatch and Rashida Jones were also very good. Having Angela Lansbury doing the voice of the Mayor of Whoville was also a nice little plus. If there are any differences from the source material that come to the top of my head:

Spoiler:
The Grinch's backstory didn't involve bullying like the live-action film. He just spent every day, especially Christmas, alone in an orphanage. His isolation is what made him act the way he does. Also, even before he steals Christmas there are some moments where he shows that he genuinely cares about Max. Also, Cindy Lou Who spends most of the film trying to trap Santa, so she tell him what she really wants for Christmas.
