They did do this one. Did you see it?

Is there a list of all these "shorts" that RIck and Morty have made?

I saw a bunch for season 3, the two linked on this page, the jury one but I can't find a complete list.

Are you certain? It's pretty spot-on if so.

Apparently the guy who animated it has lots of experience. From animating MLP porn.

(bumping this thread to steer it away from talk of MLP pr0n)

I thought the Rick and Morty Old Spice commercial was pretty funny

It used the exact same set-up as their previous Hardee's/Carl's Jr. commercial

Justin Roiland reading that mad crazy court disposition as Rick and Morty has been fully animated

This Exquisite Corpse short had some pretty cool guest animation

This is a bump featured on Adult Swim

The couch gag they provided for The Simpsons

The Non-Canonical Adventures of Rick and Morty, old promo material

and here's a YouTube playlist from Adult Swim with a bunch of Inside the Episode videos and other things

Not a shock but we probably won't get Season 4 until late 2019.

Good grief. There is no reason 10 episodes of Rick and Morty need to take longer than even a regular, full season of Game of Thrones.

Do the creators have other projects that keep them busy, like why Sherlock comes out once every two years? Or is it more a case of "we know people will wait so we'll do it when we feel like it?"

I think the only other work Roiland does is voice work so nothing taking his time from writing.

Harmon was developing a show based on one of Kurt Vonnegut's books but I don't know if that's still in development. That's it. No reason for the delays this show gets between seasons.

I think they're just very much perfectionists when it comes to writing an episode and crafting a balance between an A-plot and B-plot. So then the lengthy writing process delays animation work, which can't be done until the episode is actually written.

I rather see this show done well than quickly. The further it goes, the smarter it has to be.

Honestly I don't really mind. Maybe this long of a break will let the wild and annoying parts of the fandom to tame down a little. They're affecting my enjoyment of the show. Plus I have lots of other shows to watch while I wait.

Yeah, really. I can understand it when Venture Bros. takes a long time to get new material out. That show is pretty much two guys doing the whole thing, save voices. But geez, Rick and Morty has an entire team.

So a 4th season hasn't even been given the greenlight yet?

Rick and Morty has become such a huge money-maker, I'm sure officially greenlighting a fourth season is only a formality at this point. If Harmon and Roiland want to do a fourth season, Adult Swim will let them.

Since there's gonna be a long wait until the next season, I'm gonna pick my favorite and least favorite episode of each season

Season 1
0. Pilot
1. Lawnmower Dog
2. Anatomy Park
3. M. Night Shaym-Aliens!
4. Meeseeks and Destroy
5. Rick Potion #9
6. Raising Gazorpazorp
7. Rixty Minutes
8. Something Ricked This Way Comes
9. Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind
10. Ricksy Business

Season 2
1. A Rickle in Time
2. Mortynight Run
3. Auto Erotic Assimilation
4. Total Rickall
5. Get Schwifty
6. The Ricks Must Be Crazy
7. Big Trouble in Little Sanchez
8. Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fate
9. Look Who's Purging Now
10. The Wedding Squanchers

Season 3
1. The Rickshank Rickdemption
2. Rickmancing the Stone
3. Pickle Rick
4. Vindicators 3: The Return of Worldender
5. The Whirly Dirly Conspiracy
6. Rest and Ricklaxation
7. The Ricklantis Mixup
8. Morty's Mind Blowers
9. The ABC's of Beth
10. The Rickchurian Mortydate

It's pretty hard to pick a favorite episode, so there's very close runners-up to the ones I picked; same for my least favorites
