This is the best f#cking news that could come out of SDCC, as far as I'm concerned this year's ComicCon has already peaked and that's fine with me

I'm just glad that despite Universe ending we're still getting so many new specials and mini's outside the main ongoing.
We have this, the 4 Turtle 40 page specials, and a new Bebop/Rocksteady mini this August. |

He came up with the Secret History of the Foot Clan story and Burnham wrote the script so we should be fine. Not sure about Santolouco's script writing skills but again, I think it'll be fine.

I find the line interesting stating Shredder iscstrughling to survive the hellscape of the afterlife. How can one survive if he is already dead?
Does anyone have this panel filmed?

The Secret History of the Foot Clan is still probably the best miniseries IDW has given us. The characterization and illustration style of the Turtles is near perfect

Ah yeah, I forgot he had a part in that. My expectations for this are so high but I honestly can’t see how they could come up with this idea and not make it insanely awesome.

I agree, its not just my favorite mini-series, but my favorite arc in the entire Idw series.

Seems that Gothano is in this mini! Looking forward to see how Shredder connects to the Pantheon storyline and the 100-th issue! Keep on the best work in the american comics!!!

Gothano? Cool, I was hoping he'd get some focus.
Now every Patheon member has gotten some focus besides Jagwar. |

I wonder if we'll see Null, her being a demon and all.

If they ever plan for Null to actually do anything in the series, she should be featured soon. She's probably the longest lasting subplot in the book. Her minions like Zodi and that new snake mutant for some focus, but not Null herself.

On Null: I'm assuming that we'll get a Null & Maligna subplot after #100. That's also assuming #100 will be the climax of a Pantheon-focused story, which I think is likely.
Also, based on this, I suspect Shredder will be back in #100. And my guess has already been for a while that Shredder will ally with Clan Hamato against Kitsune by #100. Just putting it down here now so I can screenshot it later, lol. I have always assumed Oroku Saki would be back somehow when the Pantheon story came to a head. From the Shredder micro, I always figured he'd be back again some day even after #50. Also, I was already excited for this when I heard about it. But it's specifically meant as a follow-up to Secret History of the Foot Clan, which may be my favorite TMNT story ever? **** YES. |

Really psyched for this story. Even moreso after meeting Mateus at the con and getting a badass Shredheadsketch from him!
Surprised there hasn’t been more discussion of the other macro details that were released at SDCC though (unless I missed it another thread?)... Eastman and Ben Bishop teaming up for the Raphael macro “in the spirit of Weapon X”! bushido mentioned Sophie Campbell is doing story/art on the Leo macro which I might be the most excited of all to see. I think Bobby mentioned at a signing that we’d be heading back to Northampton for that one, and given that’s basically my backyard you could say those issues hit close to home for me. |

Seconded. Can we get a SDCC18 master thread to share all the TMNT-related news?

Nothing new to say about this from the SDCC panel, except that the logo is baller.
