Triple Murder Tragedy

One of my first students suffered an unimaginable tragedy on Tuesday as his brother-in-law on a drug high killed his mother, sister, and nephew(his mother-in-law, wife, and 14 month old son). He is a well-mannered young man who married young and had a bright future even if he would only get a cup of coffee in the major leagues. It is something I cannot imagine yet how he is doing with this it's a testament to his faith and strength. I am stunned by this unimaginable tragedy and admire his strength. I was able to get our alum to get together a little something today and hope it can make him smile to know his alum is there for him. These are good people who never knew it was coming and never should have left the Earth like this.

Wow, that is incredibly tragic. How does a person even begin to process dealing with that... After the numbing shock wears off, of course. Hope he gets all the support (and therapy) he needs, as anyone suffering that kind of loss will probably need it for a long time. Too, too sad.

Bernard refused and, even after the trooper sprayed him with pepper spray, he continued jogging in a circle.
What the heck was he even on? Or what circuit in his brain totally snapped? That's just so weird, like the human equivalent of how a dog might behave with rabies.

I don't know what he was on, its one of the details that is currently in investigation. Accounts suggest a sudden snap, but I really don't know.

He will be okay financially. The GoFundMe is over 46k and he has a minor league salary, but I felt compelled to share this tragedy because I knew him personally and saw him grow up from a teenager to barely out of college age, already had a family and lost it all. His wife went to the same university after I graduated form there. Its one of those things that happens that one questions "why" and never gets an answer. Not just my former student, but his father-in-law too I feel for.

Horrible tragedy.
I hope he will be fine, as much as anyone can be fine in such situation.

This young man is remarkable considering his trauma and my former student is better than I am. It would take everything I had to want to see the killer burn in Hell. At visitation he asked me about a student I referred to him that idolized him with a smile. Horrible things happen to great people and this shows how good they are. Glad to have taught him and think of this poor young man and his father-in-law today.

Very unfortunate situation, but I am glad to see that the man is coping with it very well.

Shredder and Krang combined had the biggest arsenal of any villains in all of the cartoons.

I am so sorry for your student's unspeakably tragic loss.
