Strange how that's supposed to work out. He's got all the old animatronics [or at least their parts] in that box.
I was hoping for another prequel, honestly.

You know, here's something I've been wondering about. After the second game, the toy animatronics were scrapped. I know this had to be done because of their not being around for the first game which takes place after game 2...but let's say that game didn't exist yet and had to stick with continuity, but I can't help but wonder...why in the world would they scrap the cute toy models and keep the creepy-looking ones. Think the theory that one of the toy models is responsible for the bite of '87 hence their being scrapped?
Oh, and out of curiosity, which animatronic do you find to be the creepiest of them and which one do you find to be the least creepy? I find Foxy to be the least creepiest. Even in the first game with his jumpscare, it looks like he's coming in to say hello because he's lonely being back in Pirate Cove all alone and in game 2, maybe he just wants to get a hug. As for the creepiest one....Bonnie. Hands down. That one does creep me out. lol Quote:
I just don't see how that type of an establishment will fully function in this day and age. I know they still exist, but I haven't seen a promo for like Chuck E Cheese in years. They're just not all that big anymore, not like when I was a kid. Pizza, games, animatronics I never really paid any attention to and thus never found "scary" or "creepy" like other kids...what more could you ask for? lol But seriously, 2017 and the place is still around and hanging on...seriously, what could the story be for that? |

I said I was intrigued by the story. But the gameplay is lazy/boring. I never said it sucked. Please stop putting words in my mouth. |

Maybe it's the business closing down for good, and the company needing the security guard until they are able to get rid of the killer animatronics, and Golden Freddy having his revenge for being forgotten.

"Thirty years after Freddy Fazbear's Pizza closed it's doors, the events that took place there have become nothing more than a rumor and a childhood memory, but the owners of "Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction" are determined to revive the legend and make the experience as authentic as possible for patrons, going to great lengths to find anything that might have survived decades of neglect and ruin.
At first there were only empty shells, a hand, a hook, an old paper-plate doll, but then a remarkable discovery was made... The attraction now has one animatronic."

This. It has disaster (the attraction, not the game) written all over it. I'm already reading comments on how Scott has let the fans down because there's supposedly only one animatronic. I can't believe how people have so little trust in him after what he delivered in the first two games. It's guaranteed there are some big suprises in store for us. Having said that, I love the design of this (Bonnie?) animatronic. |

So like this guy made 3 FNaF games in like what? A year?
Different graphics, but basically the same game. He doesn't even bother to work out the story. That's why there's so many people making theories. Because he didn't bother writing a proper background story. He's milking a cash-cow, and everybody's buying it. *Prepares for sh*tstorm* |

Personally, I think that there is something that Scott isn't telling us something. I feel like this isn't like the other two games.

Maybe this animatronic is the Phone Guy/Purple Guy. The trailer states that "He always comes back. We have a place for him." The Purple Guy showed up at 3 Fazbear Entertainment establishments.
Maybe the point of the game is to prevent the animatronic from getting closer and closer to you.

I don't know what you are talking about, the story has been pretty clear from the get go with each game clearing up some information (such as it was probably Mangled that did the bite of 87)

I think it's about time I play these games, ready for FnaF3.
I'm getting some money on my steam account in the next few days. FnaF1 is only £3.99.

In the prequel, it is explained why they're trashed. THey were originally being retro-fitted with new parts, but were abandoned when the company decided on replacing them with the cutesy Toy models. The background story being vague is what makes it so fun and allows the creator to add more lore and backstory in later installments.
