Wait a second, DVD Volumes of TMNT on UK can not be censored, can they?
Just some episodes aired on TV, right?

Why would the DVDs be censored?

I was wondering after reading this comment. I know that's a silly ask, but I've never bought DVDs from UK before (I tried to buy the Digimon Tri. Movies, but at the end I decided to not do it), so I don't know if that could even happen.

No they shouldn't, it's only for TV, The British censors are pretty strict so anything like bad language, adult situations, sexual stuff and violence has to be aired after 9pm.

The Season 2 DVD is rated 12 for one of the discs, so I guess one the episodes was too violent but don't know which one but I remember that some moments from The Invasion was cut out when it aired on TV so I wonder if that was the episode that was rated 12.

But the strange thing is that when I downloaded The Klavaxas arc on ITunes some things were cut out including Donnie snapping a gangsters neck in Heart of Evil, so I don't know if it's a new censorship thing or ITunes uploaded the edited episodes by mistake.

Are the UK DVDs of Steven Universe uncensored? I don't know much about this subject, I was a bit surprised to something that was at most suggestive censored.

I have no idea, I don't watch Steven's Universe.

Mhm, it could be. If it is then that means no new episodes, and then the remaining episodes will probably be arcs we've already seen. It could also be from Mikey getting stabbed by Jei in that dream.

If you are going to buy it MarsicornYT, please let us know which episodes has the DVD apart of the Monster Arc
Will do. I don't normally buy things online, but I'm really looking forward to buying this.

That's what I was thinking. What if the series finale was so sad and dark for kids for it to be rated M in Australia

But I think, realistically, like someone said that they would probably sell the finale as a seperate dvd as they would make more money I think that makes sense. The extra episodes from the Monster and Mutants dvd will probably just be the Usagi arc. I'm just curious why they've rated it M.

There is a description of why it's rated M, however it's really blurry:

All I've been able to work out so far is:

"... themes and..." also i think the last word is violence

my eyes are pretty bad, if anyone can actually read that though, let me know, cause it could let us know which episode the rating is for.

It says "Supernatural themes and animated violence."

EDIT: Found it on the Australian Government Classification site. DVD length seems to be 135 minutes.

135 min almost exactly like the UK one. Maybe the first link was wrong.

While 240 minutes is possible, it feels a bit too much for one volume. Around 135 minutes makes more sense as they can sell one additional volume down the road.

Hm, this arc might look better than I thought. Kinda disappointed they're spending 4 episodes on it over anything else, but looks like it might be enjoyable at least.

Ahh okay, so it must be rated M due to the Monster Arc.

Wow these photos look really cool, I'm really excited for this arc.

One question though, if Nick are going to do a whole arc based on horror, why did they waste an episode of Usagi as a horror episode? I'm not saying that episode was all bad, but it could of been a whole lot better if it was more focused on Usagi rather than it mostly being horror based.

It was mostly because Brandon Auman wrote the second episode, and we all know how much we loves to put in horror references.

That looks good. Hopefully the story is just right for 4 eps and won't seem dragged out. Looking forward to it.

These took place before worlds collide right? I was just wondering as Karai didn't turn snake or even part snake in that ep (which is unusual for her in battle) if something happened in the Monster Arch which takes the snake out of her. I doubt it though, there were a lot of characters in Worlds Collide so I imagine it was just due to time.

Oh okay, haha that explains why. Was he the one who wrote the horror episodes at the farmhouse then too?

Yeah, she has worn it before in The Invasion, but I can't remember which episode from season 1 either.

Panic in the sewers was the first time she wore that jacket

Looking at the comments on Instagram Ciro says the monster arc is airing every week in October. But as it's coming out on DVD in UK and Australia in September, I guess a lot of people are going to watch it before October.
