Pretty sure the Predators teaming with the humans is the "unique angle" that he's promised since the beginning. Which is only unique if you forget AVP1 and AVP2.

If this is true then I am disappointed. It was odd enough in Alien vs. Predator, but at least they went with that because of the comics and books since that happened in those publications. But Wolf did not work with any humans in Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.

I thought I remember him having some kind of unspoken alliance with the escaping humans at the end. But now that I think about it, maybe they just sort of "used" him to distract the Predalien while they got away.

I don't really mind a group of Predators teaming up with humans against a common enemy. If something threatens their way of life they'd exploit the better solution, and surviving humans are definitivly worthy to hang on the trophy wall
Although, I'd much more prefer something closer to Concrete Jungle and keep Predtech out of human hands. |

I'd love for them to do the Machiko storyline if they're gonna do a Yautja-Human alliance in the film, but they'd probably just botch it.

Yeah Wolf was killing Aliens left and right and then fought the Predalien when he showed up while the humans that were escaping, killed all the Aliens in their way to get to "da choppa." They sort of helped each other out without recognizing or knowing it.

I've always liked the idea of Predators teaming up with humans against a common enemy. It was cool in AvP 1, albeit a little sudden.

This is cool. It's even better considering that Predator 2 was the film that introduced the concept of multiple Yautja's interacting as a clan. But of the things they could reference from that film, why that guy? I get that the son's finally old enough and stuff, but Busey's character was reeeaaallllyyy forgettable. I had to look him up just to remember what it was he did in that film. Hopefully there are more references/call backs to come. |

Predator 2 is really only cool because of Danny Glover. Loved him in all 4 Lethal Weapon movies and this.
Haven't really watched much else he's in, because I only really stick with action movies and sci-fi movies. |
