but what happened on this day im curious

For me it was apparently 3:24 AM, which is a really odd time for there to be much forum activity at all, usually close to none, so I've wondered too. Maybe it was just a bug.

We had the 2016 film upcoming, but I can't imagine or remember anything that exciting being revealed that soon, nor big enough that so many fans would have been awake at that hour hunting for info... edit: Apparently it was also on a Monday. (DDoS attack?) Doubtful something would have even been released or revealed in the middle of the night like that.

Probably either something related to the first PD movie or maybe something to do with the Nick cartoon? Did a season finale or another major episode air that day?

I doubt. You weren't posting much in late 2015 anymore. That was right around the time where you went a long period without posting on the forums.

The forums were rather dead when I joined in 2009. Some months later the Nick purchase announcement got a massive thread. And when the Nick toon came out the forum began getting more activity. As did with the PD movies due to all the plants.

Well naturally the debut of the Nick cartoon brought in new users, but then activity died down again. Most discussion of the cartoon happened on social media like tumblr/twitter with the younger generation. The young kids/teens of today don't use forums much

I'm angry Cubed doesn't post more.

I partly had to come back in the first place because he began shirking his forum responsibilities for no good reason. It's like he only ever posted anymore to say baffling and hilariously wrong things about the new Star Wars movies, and I was forced to come and restore the proper balance of things.

So to everyone who hates me, I encourage you to tell Cubed to start posting more often again. He's truly the hero this forum deserves.
