Thanks. I submitted it almost twenty four hours ago. Will see how I get on. I had to analyse a primary source rather than write a traditional essay. |

Thanks Shell. I'm not always great at assessing my own work. I think I've done okay but I'm worried I have repeated myself in places. Still, this was only a 1,000 word assignment so difficult to work within those constraints. I'm looking forward to the more regular 2,000 word "compare and contrast" essays.

I replied to your PM by the way. Not sure if you got it. I think the PM system is temperamental and sometimes PMs don't go through properly. |

Don't sweat it, Dave - you're a smart guy and I'm sure you'll do well.

Thanks. I'm not that bothered anyway - I already have my first class degree and this course is for the learning/enjoyment. The first assignment is only worth 10% of the non-examinable component anyway. I will let you know how I score.

What makes me happy right now- hubby made chocolate chip cookies and hot cocoa!! They are the pre-cut store-bought kind, that you just heat in the oven, but still.... Yum. Nothing better than cookies and hot cocoa on a cold night. Unless it would have been hot apple cider. That's also awesome.

That I just reached my custom rank posting requirement makes me happy. Now I can have my own rank- I just need to come up with a good one. What sounds better- "Master of Quack-Fu" or "Howard, call your mother"?

Cool, but I was going for a Howard T./Marvel Reference to tie into my username.

Or I COULD just... watch the movie again. Or read one of my comic issues. Anyway, those were the two that I came up with- I just can't decide which one to use.
Other ideas are All Quacked Up, Mistress of the Duck, Fear of the Duck, or Foul Play, Just Daffy.

Everybody has some great "day-makers" go report! So uplifting to see all my fellow Dromers doing & feeling so well! My day-maker yesterday was getting 2 exotic weapons, another exotic weapon bounty & an exotic helm yesterday in Destiny. Statistically unlikely. But it happened and it made me so dad-gum happy!
Also, seeing our younger dog get all happy & frisky in this brisk weather. You can't help but smile at she does her happy dance. |

The prospect of getting McDonald's today after Mom's doctor's appointment makes me pretty happy.

I'm gonna see some family members I haven't seen in over a year. Looking forward to it!
This just in. It's not gonna happen after all. I have to go to work that day due to a scheduling mistake.

Aw man, I haven't had that in forever! I like saving cash by not eating out, but McD's has sounded great lately. I know there nuggets aren't composed of anything remotely resembling chicken, but I love those. Especially when I'm naughty around every other month and scarf down a whole twenty piece. You definitely get your money's worth at McDonald's too. I mean, I love Chick Fil-A's nuggets more than McD's, but I have to order around 25 or so before I get full, and they cost more. Chicken always makes me happy btw. I jones for it all the time, but more so around the holidays.
