a new Battletoads game was announced during Microsoft's E3 2018 Briefing. Its coming out in 2019.

It doesn't bother me. I guess people were expecting something more like the NES Games. Or something that looks like this design.

The design you see there is from Killer Instinct. One of the Battletoads is a playable character.

Yeah.....I'm not a fan of the designs. It looks like bad fan art. I was hoping they'd go for a more 2.5D route. And what have they done to the Dark Queen?!

You can't have sexy villainess anymore.

Soon you won't be have proper villains, because, if somebody does something bad in game it certainly will offend some snowflakes. Or they will think that if villain does something bad, it will obviously inspire little kids to do something bad. As if there is no difference between reality and a video game. Or at least as if those snowflakes don't see this difference.

Yep. It began with rape in stories. If you have a bad guy going bad things in a fictional story (i.e., rape or whatever) then your story is pro-rape. Now writers have to sit back and go, "OK, this is a very bad completely fictional guy... but what bad things can he do that SJWs will be OK with him doing?" and that kills storytelling.

Bizarre.

Man, it didn’t take many posts before some started crying about lack of T’n’A. But honestly, I agree. Going from Dominatrix Drag Queen to that, it’s a pretty boring villain design.

I feel the art style fits perfectly with how Battletoads would look in a modern setting, they're over-the-top cheesy trying too hard to be KEWL and what they looked in the 90's reflected that back then.

The new Evil Queen is so muted and bland in design she looks like she comes from a completely different game then battletoads 2019
