I like the Party Wagon on the box, but Playmates failed to make the turtles look exactly as they are on the basic figure packaging from the 1980s.

Unfortunately, the rotocast heads are made of hard-cold resin. It looks like the soft plastic heads are constrained to the Reagan 80s and start of the Bush Snr. years.
