Zen Intergalactic Ninja
Zen was created by two dudes, in Maine back in 1987.
Steve Stern & Dan Cote (of Cote's Ice Cream fam).... I've met both (I believe) over the years and obviously Steve attended 2 of my 3 shows while he was in Maine before moving back to California. I was just curious if anyone else had ever heard of this character or had collected any of the multitude of series produced over the years? Entity & Archie produced most of the series as well as the original stuff that the guys self published. I was able to purchase a #1 from 1987 from Mr Stern himself, have him sign it & he took a photo of me holding it at DotCom Comics in Freeport, Maine after I purchased it. Later I found 3 copies of issue 5 from volume one which has some of Paul Pelletier's first comics work, so I got both of those guys to sign those 3 books at Shellabration v2. |

Got to buy an issue (I'll have to see which one) from Steve Stern. We got to talking but I kinda felt bad cause the only thing I know about Zen was he had an NES game back in the day.

There was also a Gameboy game. I picked up the NES game a while back. Don't have a tv I can hook my NES to in order to play it but... lol. Steve is a great dude too. Super friendly.
