While we're on subject of bad movies. I just finished BvS Dawn of Justice, what a inchoherent mess of a movie with some really dumb acting characters. Had some cool moments, action was engaging, albeit this Batman is a lot less subtle about killing people compared to previous Live-Action Batmans. Hated the branding thing, just dumb. Most of the TDKR moments used was spiffy.

Lex Junior's scenery chewing kinda grew on me, that dude clearly had a blast filming.

Yeah it was. Er, both the dub and near unwatchable. ALTHOUGH.... It was cheesy and dumb in that "Plan 9 From Outer Space" Ed Wood sort of way. And was about on par with it. Not a sci-fi opus by any means but fun MST3000 fodder for sure. Actually I'd love to see those guys run that one just to see how they'd razz on it!

I think I may have seen this once before because some of it sounded or looked vaguely familiar. But this was Denmark's first and ONLY monster movie for good reason. It was so bad it was funny! Horrible effects with the cheap Ray Harryhousen rip-off style stop-motion for the giant monster, combined with a cheesy bright lime-green "splash effect" at the camera/screen for the monster's "acid spit", horrible dialog ("fire point blank from very close range!" Um, Whut?! ), plot holes galore, and an abrupt and confusing ending. Did they even destroy the creature or just leave it lying in the middle of the city drugged??!! Not to mention leaving it open for a sequel that was clearly NEVER going to happen after such a stinker. I actually laughed at some of the glaringly bad mistakes- like claiming to need at least a gallon of the sedative drug they used to neutralize it(you're gonna need a LOT more than that folks!) and then pouring it from- a standard 1-liter beaker.... Yeah, it was THAT bad!!
Just watched Reptilicus via MST3000 season 1 episode 1 on Netflix. Overall entertaining. I just decided to watch MST3000 today and see what it was all about. Then they started watching this movie (because I guess it's a show where they watch bad movies) and I remembered this post. So here I am.

Oh thats funny! I was joking when I said I wanted to see them do it. Had no idea they actually used it- and in the very first show no less! ROFL!!

That one guy I think his name is Peterson stole some scenes when looking at the electric eel.

MST3000 did a rap about the movie too. Watch that version sometime if you have nothing better to do.

Josie and the Pussycats. Pretty funny and the horrible acting kind of made it better.

Man, that ending was great. Very satisfying twist. Great job all around

I just saw Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. It was pretty good, I don't think I enjoyed it as much as the first one though. If it were a school essay I'd probably grade it an 85, a solid respectable B.

Magneto was like a kid. He was used by Apocalypse and in the end he changed side. Just stay on one side, either you're good or evil, gosh. I dislike indecisive characters.

My husband and I saw Guardians of the Galaxy 2 over the weekend. We both loved it; there were some really funny parts, and some really sweet ones, too.

We also watched The Imitation Game on Netflix. We both liked it. Benedict Cumberbatch was excellent, as usual.
