What will it take for Net Neutrality to be restored - because eventually, it will have to be. Or so I hope.

How on earth are they going to get this done when they pass it? How long will it take to organize? Will it even work like they think it will?

We already had such laws in Russia, which allow to close any site without any kind of legal procedure beforehand.
Naturally it used primarily against political opponents of the regime.
