Anyone new Mega Man Games On the Way?

Does anyone know if there any new Mega Man games on the way? The site Megamanplanet is done for while http://planet-megaman.com/ that site had some cool forums to let you know whats going on. I would like to see if theres going to be a Mega man X9 and a new classic Mega man 9 with Dr Wily ECT. Also does anyone know if Wily got tied into the whole X8 thing. I was always wondering if he was linked into any of the X universe. Anyways hope anyone knows

I thought Megaman & Bass was MM9...

Anyway, you'll never have to wait long for a new Megaman game...Shouldn't Battle Network 6 and Zero 5 be announced soon?

BN6 and Zero 5 have been officially anounced by Capcom of Japan. They are also working on Command Mission 2 and X9. MM&B was not MM9, more like MM8.5. There is also the soon to come X collection and Anniversary Collection for GBA might be still coming out next year in Febuary. Also, Capcom is considering giving Axl his own series. Finally, Legends 1 and 2 is being released on PSP in Japan, no news about a US release as of yet.

Yeah, Capcom releases way too many which is why most of them are really declining in quality. Last game I bought was the AC and I was not at all impressed with it. The last non remake game I bought was BN3 which was pretty sad. I really enjoyed BN1 and 2 but 3 was just plain awful.

The quality is going down because most of the talent at Capcom is leaving and they're just cashing in while they can. It's getting worse and worse. The Zero series is still doing well in terms of quality and still is fu*king impossible (as they should be), but the series as a whole is going to hell in a handbasket.

The last non MMZero game I was going to buy was the GBA Mega Man collection, and the Mega Man X set and say goodbye to the franchise, but they won't even release the damn GBA ports. Its starting to piss me off royally. Goddamn Capcom.

Just another case of another classic game icon that's dying little by little every day. *sigh*

All I can say is this. Thank God Sonic rebounded.

I hope so, those are two of my favorite game series. I would like an actual ending for the classic megaman series the last game's ending just kind of left the series open for another game.

I liked the original Zero game but the second was terrible so I never played beyond that.
