I love Wiener dog races......but they never let my 1/2 wiener dog run in them (Ok...the other half of her is dalmation and she's tall and fast...but still!)

(CBS 42) BUDA 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Wieners' is the theme for the vertically challenged canines that raced in Buda Sunday.

This was the 10th annual Buda Lions Club Country Fair and Wiener Dog Race.

In case you are a Wiener Dog Race trivia buff -- themes in past years include 'Gone
With the Wiener' and 'Lord of the Wiens.'

In a town of only 5,000 people, a crowd of 25,000 was expected in Buda Sunday for the big race featuring the little dogs.

Aww...hehe, that's pretty dang cute. I wonder if they are going to have different colored bandannas on them to identify them?

Hahaha, aww. That's cute. I love those little weiner dogs.

I wanna see pics. And I do think they should have those little bandanas and such. Play up the theme a bit. It'd be soooo cute.

I have one. His name is Franky. I wish he could have been in that race. I would have put a little bandana on him.
