Questions about the 5th and 7th seasons

I am so confused with all this stuff. I know all the info is probably on threads in here, but can I please get some concrete answers here so I know for sure.

The fifth season, the one with New World Order, Fathers and Sons, etc. Has that ever been aired on TV? Is it supposed to ever be aired? I thought the 4kids site said it would be aired starting in February, but I could swear it's been Fast Forward being shown for the past couple months still. Is this season scheduled for a DVD release?

Now about the new season. Is the new season supposed to be a whole new show, or is it actually just a new season of the show? Is it completely official that they're having it? Is it officially called TMNT: Back to the Sewers? Is it just a continuation of the current show, just not in the fast forward vain? Does it have the same voice actors, story writers, etc? Basically is it just going back to the original 2k3? When is this supposed to start airing?

Thanks in advance, I thought I would never see a new non Fast Forward TMNT ep again, but I completely forgot about the lost season, and now that there might be a whole new season in the works, I'm exciteeeeeed!

This season is currently airing on Saturday mornings.

Is this season scheduled for a DVD release?

Yes, May 20.

No, it will have a different style to it, but it's still part of the same story.

Well, she covered about everything. But, I can add that it's uncertain if the VA for Hun (of which there has only been one so far) will be reprising his role. They've already recorded a lot of dialogue for the next season (which will only be 13 eps ), but David Zen Mansley (Bishop & Darius Dunn) has recorded his. We may not know until the Fall if Greg Carey can rerecord them (because I'm sure they'd rather not switch VA's on us unless it can't be avoided).

We've seen some quick character designs on a commercial 4kids ran, the Turtles don't look that much different than their 2k3 designs. We also see Hun, who looks rather similar as well.

April is probably the biggest departure from her 2k3 self, at least from that one image we've seen of her so far. So other than her, nearly all the characters we've seen look more or less similar to previous seasons.

We also have "Cyber Shredder" appearing, who many suspect is either a creation of Viral or is the possible return of Utrom Shredder, who was also revealed to be in a model sheet for an upcoming toy. I'm suspecting the latter, since he has been gone since Season 3 and its been three whole years so its time for him to make a comeback.
