I'd love to see at least two different wallpapers. One featuring the villains (Krang, Shredder, Bebop, Rocksteady, etc.) and another with all the good guys (the fearsome four, Splinter, April, etc.) I've been scowering the net for some good TMNT wallpapers, and all I've got are the ones from the official site and another one that I happened to stumble upon.

How DO you make wallpaper? can you take drawings and turn them into wallpaper? cuz if you can, i'd like to try and make some...

There's two ways. The first way, which isn't always the best, is to make an image in whatever graphic program you have. But that image has to start out being 800 by 600 or 1024 by 768 (whatever your monitor setting is). You have to be careful though, casue many little images don't look so good when enlarged to that size. After the wallpaper is made, save it as a bitmap (.BMP) cause the wallpaper settings only recognizes BMP.

And then go to your desktop, right mouse click and Select properties. Then goto wallpaper, and to the right is 'Browse'. Find your wallpaper and upload it there.

The second way is to find/make a fairly large graphic that'll fit your monitor settings without distortion. It doesn't matter what file type it's saved as. Then open up your browser window, goto File, then to Open. Locate your wallpaper image to have it come up in the browser. Then right mouse click that image and select Set as Wallpaper. (also make sure you have the wallpaper preferences set on 'center/fit to screen' and not 'tile' for it to work)

Hope that helps... but if you got a Mac, I can't help you there!

sounds good. I kinda made one with some pics i got from a story i had read once. I played around with it in MSpaint (that and photoeditor is where i do most of my stuff.) and put it up. I'll play around with stuff and see what happens. thanx HT

Nah... I feel more like a 'braindead computer god', since I couldn't make my business logo project as cool as I wanted it to be (since I couldn't get another trial version of Indesign on my work PC in time)

And then, I learn that the Illustrator map project is SUPPOSE to showed how I got from the college to my apartment! All that work I did on the NYC map just goes to waste! (Fortunately, I still have a week to do it right) *sai*

Nevermind me... I'm just more in touch with my Attitude than my Geek today.

Im thinking of stuff maybe story based... you know, make a wallpaper for someones stories...

That's a cool idea, Mac! There are plenty of fanfic scenes out there worth trying that on. Although the one involving this 'certain blue reptile' would also be hilarious to see...
