New Gift Fic/Art Exchange

I hope this allowed here.

So, I decided to set up a summer turtlecest gift exchange-- fic and art are both welcome, and I hope a couple people here are interested!

Sign-ups open today and run through May 16th, with assignments going out a few days after that, and fics going live on July 30th.

You can find the exchange at Sorry, no Advertising here...

Oh dear, is turtlecest disallowed here? I didn't see much of it posted, but I wasn't entirely sure it wasn't allowed.

I mean, there's nothing up there to be worried about kids finding. All it is is the basic skeleton of rules at the mo.

Aah, well. I checked the rules, and it didn't mention anything about it. I figured I might get dinged for advertising, though.

But since I apparently can't delete, we'll all have to live with it until the mods swing by, I suppose.

Do little kids really read this board?

Also, are people really into stories that feature incestuous relationships between the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? (I am assuming that's what "turtlecest" is.) Am I stupid and naive to even ask?

To be specific, there are a rather large group of female (being most of the majority supposedly) and some male users who enjoy TMNT Incest. Some are trying to push that it's not cest, but gay because the turtles are not blood related (Which is not official and it's the only excuse given).

It's a genre of TMNT that's not appreciated by every TMNT fan... but a great majority do enjoy it.

And frankly no one cares if a little kid reads about this or not; that's just the on going belief around these forums "There aren't any little kids signed on and reading about Turtlecest".

That's about it.

Really? You can speak for everyone everywhere? NOBODY cares if little kids read about the TMNT corn-holing each other?

*shakes head*

I don't really know exactly what turtlecest is, but this is a new member. You shouldn't just jump at them. They are a turtle fan, interests may be different but same fandom non the less.

Welcome to the Drome ryuutchi. Sorry so many people jumped you.

Edit: Arella is disappointed...

No one would really speak up and say that they "do care" when I held my own debates. It was a straight on "WHO CARES AND LITTLE KIDS AREN'T ALLOWED ON THESE FORUMS".

If it's any consolation, I'm glad that you care

A great majority? I have a good 30 some-odd people here who I consider friends outside of the website & I speak casually with tons of other members here & as far as I've seen, there are only two members currently that have said they were fans. Turtlcest is f*cked up.

Frankly, people DO care if a little kid reads that kinda sh!t, mods am I right? You guys wanna let that stuff spread around here for the collective world to see? There is a reason that there is a word filter for swearing here- kids. There is a reason there is no nudity allowed here- kids. The 2k3 show & 2k7 movie have brought, you guessed it- kids. & all this you say about little kids signing on sites to read turtlecest... A. little girls don't have these sexually deviant thoughts. At least not until they're teens... corrupted teens. B. As for the boys, unless there are a bunch of competant homosexual 5 year olds that I'm unaware of, their curiosity has likely not been piqued.

You're a noob here & you clearly don't understand how sh!t goes down.
