1988 Original soft headed Raphael

I just recieved a few tmnt figs in the mail and among them was a soft headed Raph figure. It also has dots on its arms and legs sort of like the movie star turtles. And it says "Made in Macao" on the back. I know there are 2 different versions of the original figures. But I never heard about them having dots or having "Made in" on the shell. Could this be a pirated figure? I am wondering the value of it. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Can anyone with a soft headed raph tell us where he is made please? Oh and Chris, did it have that copyright stuff on him? Usually around the figures.....ass is where its located

I was looking at the copyright of splinter, and my dad walked in and was liek "WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT THAT FIGURES ASS?!" God they should have made them on their feet since the beginning
