episode downloads

would you get in trouble if you had episode downloads, i would guess not, i think you should go for it krang!!!

Sorry, I can't host full episodes, and here's why. We might even have to take down our multimedia sections for the rest of August because the DoS attack on our server used up a ton of our bandwidth...

so then the bandwich wont be as high

Wouldn't the bandwith still be high?Each ep is like 50 MB, sometimes more, and a site like the technodrome probably gets a lot of traffic...if it's just one ep it might work tho, like in ninja turtles network that they switched the episodes...i never had a website with more than 10 mb of bandwith so i don't really know how it works

Edit: 10 mb of space, not bandwith...

i don't remember what the bandwith limit was, but it was a free host, so it was probably pretty low

Thanks for the suggestion, BigThew, but I still think that even one 50MB episode would use up too much bandwidth to host. The clips that we have already use up a few gigabytes of bandwidth per month, and all of them together total only about 9.5MB.

Sure, if you're willing to host the episodes on your server, I could set up a page so that people could download them. It might be a good idea to only offer one or two episodes at a time, though, to avoid using up too much bandwidth.

In Italy a site that give *.avi , *.mp3 or material with copyright is illegal, i must set a special secret page with login. (Only you and me, dear, Krang) can enter in this section.

My idea is: i will create a secret web space, i autorize you to enter in the web space to upload file (or you give me the name of technodrome's user that would upload/download files), and i give only to you the secret url to download/upload the file, then you give the url to technodrome's user that would download/upload the file, the user mustn't give others the url. Or i give to the technodrome's user another password to download/upload file.

Please give me a your opinion or another solution, i'm an italian state policeman, i wouldn't go to prison...

Please read my post in general forum.

In the site it's possible, only for authorized person, download/upload TMNT files (*.mp3, *.avi, dvix...)

Soon an english version is out.
