New Ep Discussion: "The Ultimate Ninja"

Howdy folks!

the Ultimate Ninja! Intergalactic transdimensional multi-galaxical sage of the warrior ways!

Wait, How's that possible? Unless there's Ninjutsu elsewhere... hmm...

ANYWAYS!

So yeah... this super perfect lil fighter wants to challenge The Elmo bud to a duel. Maybe he'll do the old glove across the face--er, stomach....uh..yeah.

heh, some disgruntled ninja shouts, "slap dat bi7ch!!"

Yeesh, can you imagine getting slapped with Shredder's gloves?! OUCH!

Heh, unfortunately for the Super-Duper Defeater, Shredder's.... 'dead'. Leo offered to give him a haircut and kinda chopped it off too low. Didnt you love it when you saw his 'chrome dome' go rolling across the floor? All i can say to Shredder is...

"uh oh... Better get Maaco!!"

*wonders if Mr Utimate (muscle? *shudder*) can get a refund on his interglactic bus ticket*

So Leo has a bit of fun on his hands. Will he survive the ultimate fighter's skills? Or is Don gonna have to bondo him back together?

STAY TUNED!!!!

Wow... it's 11 am here and no one has unlocked this yet? I guess I'll do the honors!

This ep turns out to be the Ultimate Ninja. I guess it was a filler ep, but it was intereting none the less. Definately one for the Leo fans to get hyped over.

Bout time.

That "Rio Gato" was just what I needed. My family has this annoying habit of watching the Western channel 24/7, so I've had just about every western movie ever made shoved down my throut.
Every one of them is just like that.
So that is supposed to be the origen of Ninjitsu? Cool. These writers rule!

Splinter got rid of his split ends! LOLOL LOLOL ROFLOL!!!!!

That was just the kind of episode we needed. AWESOME, just like always!

It wasn't the worst episode but I kept asking myself "how much does Splinter really know?"

It was a good chance for Leo to shine and I hope he keeps the glove. It's sweet. Hopefully we'll get a Ultimate Ninja figure and he'll have a removeable glove...

Kinda boring, but it had its moments.

Lol, April & Splinter talking about shampoo? Priceless. It made this fan-girl happy, at any rate.

I liked it. I especially liked the beginning, with April and Splinter talking about shampoo.

And the end, when Splinter told Leo he was proud of him, and hugged him. Got an 'Awww' out of me.

Good episode.

It was a pretty cool episode. I was also wondering how much Splinter knew. Now, not only did the Guardians think Shredder was dead, but this guy does too. Maybe he didn't get the details. Heck, maybe he doesn't even know he's an Utrom.
I liked the whole scene at the beginning. So April is living with the guys in the sewers now? Weird...
Something about the Turtles watching a western was strange but cool at the same time. Splinter even liked it... doesn't seem like his type of movie. It was hilarious how they all just HAD to go up to the surface just to get ice cream!
I liked the ending where the big bad ninja just ends up being scolded by his father. lol.

As soon as I saw his father I thought "Tengu". It was so cool when he mentioned it. http://www.onmarkproductions.com/ass...-trocadero.jpg

*knows way too many spoilers...*

Very good episode. I know Terran would be psyched...

The scene with Leo trying to talk to Splinter certainly reached high on the comedy when April came and talked to Splinter about shampoo.

Just dont give him Herbal Essences, April...

The guys watching a western was great. And then the ice cream run! So THATS what they do instead of Pizza here... Even Splinter's got a sweet tooth. Sweeeeet...

The costumes and such were Really neat. But they kinda reminded my of Jesters from like midievil (sp?) England...

Man, These guys were TENGU!!! Thats how they knew all the Martial Art stuffs! I loved seeing the Ninja guy's father come and lay the verbal smackdown on him, IN FRONT of his defeater and his family. Talk about a lesson in Humility...

The fact that they know Splinter's Bound to come out later this season.

But I agree, seeing Sp hug Leo, and then that deep happy look in his eyes just made me melt into the couch...

All in all, it was a great filler ep, and I cant wait to see the group head back to the farmhouse next week...

Very cool episode, probably my favorite filler episode of the series so far. I was wondering why there was 2 new episode discussions. I guess they skipped Reflections? Although I wouldn't have noticed.

I'm pretty sure that this wasn't a filler ep. We'll probably be seeing them later in the season, or Season 3.

Maybe they knew Splinter because they can watch anyone on earth? Maybe they like to see how each individual is handing the gift of ninjutsu?

Anyway, this episode was boring and plodded on, with a stupid looking villian who you knew was going to lose, and why he was fighting, because he mirriored the movie the Turtles watched. Easily my least favourite episode.

They're showing it next week. The preview was on during Ultimate Muscle.

I loved the humor in the begining, and how funny was it seeing Leo brush his teeth?

This was definitly a family-oriented ep since it not only concerned Leo, but his brothers, their sensei and of coarse their friends!

Yeah, I really liked the 'home-life' at the beginning. We've never really seen that before in the new toon.
