Hey Zane, here's where you can find them
Leo: Level One: Three Crystals
You'll have to enter and beat the level three different times in order to get all of leo's crystals. Experiment with the sewer pipes. The first time you enter them, when you have to choose which side to drop down, go to the right, then to the right again after you've dropped down. Next time, go Right left, then left right, then left left. 3 of those ways will lead you to crystals, though I can't recall which three. Either way, they aren't hard levels. When you take the Right, right way, just before you drop off the side after you'd cleared the mousers out of the tunnel, go all the way to the edga as if you were gonna drop off and grab the ooze container. Just before you drop, turn around, and three more mousers will come out of the tunnel. Destroy them and grab your third crystal.

Leo: Level Two: One Crystal
Shoot all the mousers with the Sewer Slider. One of them will eventually leave behind a crystal.

Leo: Level Three: One Crystal
One the last leg of this board, after you fight the foot Technicians (i think) you are given to options. You can go straight, pick up some ooze and fight katana wielding foot soldiers, or, jump up into the crawlspace, fight some virtually harmless mousers and pick up a crystal. WWLD?

Mike: Level One: Two Crystals
The first crystal is cleverly hidden behind one of the wooden beams in the first leg of this stage. It's after you fight the first set of foot ninjas, after you pass the first ooze container, and after you jump on the train. I think it's the second wooden beam when the train starts. Simply jump on the train, position yourself behind the beam, and jump. If it's not the second beam, it's in there somewhere. The next crystal is in the last leg of the stage, down the last pit. Jump onto one of the walls and slowly descend to the bottom of the pit. Wait until the electricity is done threating your existence, and then claim the crystal (you'll probably get hurt doing this one, I always do. Be sure to be healthy). Then wall jump your way up and finish the level.

Mike: Level Two: Two Crystals
Both Crystals are on the ceiling. use the B button to loop around the pipe and grab them when the time is right. The first will pop up about halfway through the course, the second near the end.

Mike: Level Three: One Crystal
After you've fought Quarry and Stonebiter, head into the little cave with the arrow pointing to it. You'll enter a room where fire is falling down the two walls. Wall jump on the left wall and grab the crystal.

Raph: Level One: Three Crystals
These are easy as pizza pie to get. After you fight your first Purple Dragon Goons, head right for the big building. You can use your sais to climb it. One both sides, there's a crystal. Simply jump, climb, and grab. The third lies at the end of your journey. After you've first gotten onto the bridge, instead of jumping down after you've fought the dragons on the top layer, jump over to the far right wall. Raph will plant his sais into the wall. Climb up and grab crystal number three.

Raph: level Three: two crystals
Here's the punishment for the first three crystals being so darn easy to get. Start off with the shell cycle at the very top lane. Stay there a while. You'll get a crystal by bumping into a cone. The second one is about midway through the course. There will be a ramp that you don't want to take in the middle lane. Instead, jump over it and hit the cone on the other side. Crystal number five. Doesn't sound so hard huh? Well it's not. But now you have to finish the level. Have fun

Don Level one: two crystals
just before you go on to the second leg of the board, where you would climb up the pipe, push A and Down and drop below to a little place where crystal number one awaits you. then climb the pipe up. One the second leg of the level, drop off of Manny's Hardware roof and you'll find yourself faced with 5 crates. Don't break 'em. Not yet. Jump on top of them and preform a high jump with Up and A. You'll be rewarded with crystal number 2

Don Level 2: One crystal
After you've climbed past those ultra annoying lasers, do a long jump (toward, toward, B) over to the little ledge with the crate before falling down the pit. You should land right on top of it. Hit the R button and grab crystal 3.

Don Level 3: First, go get a pepsi or something that has caffiene, because you're gonna need it. These next too are a pain in the shell. Midway through the glider stage, Eight missles will come from behind, four on the top of the screen, four on the bottom. Get in the back middle of the screen and charge your blaster. Let it fire when all the missles are visible. if any don't get hit fire like a madman at any that remain. Only if you destroy them all will you pick up the fourth crystal. After that, the same senario will take place just before the end of the level.

Hey I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes. If you have questions or are still unclear, let me know and I'll help.
