Whats with the Mutation Invasion !?!?

every chain of stores is over ran with these mutation figures, i mean i'd like to have them because i jsut collect the figures, but 10 bucks a pop is a lot for something that is that over ran in production. does any one actuallly like them? when wally world marks them down (who knows when that could happen, those nazis of retail) maybe then i'll pick them up. does anyone know why there is so freakin many of them?

I bought 4 of the mutation line: Raph, Mike, Foot Ninja and Shredder. I got Mike and Raph when they first came out and liked the ooze. I got a foot because its nice having different types of soldiers for shredder and I got shredder to have an Oroku Saki figure.

I bought a Don mutations fig, just because it reminded me of the old days of figures and it's just plain neat.

One is all I need though.

I have a reg Raph, TT, and the mut don.

Only ones left I want are a few of the Space figs and the Leo, Mike, and Don regular figs.

I'm not a big fan of variant figures, but the ooze looks cool.

They will probably sell pretty quickly once the retailers mark them down.

Heck with Turtle toddlers you could get 5 figures for the price of these. I bought one of the original mutators and that was enough.

They'll prob not make any more. Splinter that turned into a rat instead of a human wouldn't be bad though.

I for one LOVE the Mutatin' figs. They were my favorite when I was growning, and the ones i regret letting go of the most (along with my Technodrome, Sewer, and Blimp -_- ).

$10 is a lot, yeah, but just look at how much most Transformers toys go for (the good ones. not the 5 dollar "move my legs and look! i'm transformed!" ones). Plus we get ooze .

most transformers are made 10X beter than these mutation toys. at least the revamped the transofrmer toys. the mutatin turtles just stayed the same.
