Perilous Beauty

((OCC: ok I really want to make this RP work....so come on we join in and save the world....or help with the reign of terror!))

Jade stood on the grungy oily New York street and took
in a lung full of the polluted air and coughed. She had
no trouble at all seeing in the pitch black of night.
Her walk was so smooth she seemed to be gliding down
the street "What have they done to my land?"her voice
was subtle and sad. As she walked, she spotted a man,
leaning against a pole, and standing in a small circle
of light Ah my first victim an evil smirk crossed her
beautiful face. The man spotted the young women in the
green cape and approached her boldly "Hey baby, it's
dangerous out this way...you come home with me and I'll
keep ya safe!" he threw his cigarette on the ground and
stomped it out "No thanks...but, there is one thing you
could do for me." she gave him her innocent eyes
"Anything for you babe!" he grabbed her by the wrist
and held her tightly "But first how's about a little
kiss?" She smiled sweetly "As you wish."She ripped her
hands from his grip, put her palms on his cheek, and
pressed her tender lips to his rough ones, suddenly the
man's eye's began to glaze over and he was thrown into
a fit of convulsions as his soul was slowly sucked away
from his body. Jade threw the man on his knees "Now bow
to me you insolent swine!" She kicked him in the
stomach and watched him cringe at her feet "Burn this
building down to its foundation and make sure your
inside as it burns!" she hissed to him, and the man
scrambled into the condemned building and began to set
the old furniture on fire with his lighter. Jade
watched as the building grew into a raging inferno, the
man screaming inside as he slowly burned to death and
she smiled wickedly, her reign of terror had only just
begun. She faced into the wind, the flames framing her
perfect body and started deeper into the city.

Karra sat high up on the top of the building, one leg swaying over the edge. She looked out over the city, wishing she could once again walk those streets. But no, now she was stuck in this mutant turtle body, outcasted from society. Yet, if she hadn't gone through with the procedure, she'd be dead by now. Fate was a bitch.

She was shaken from her thoughts as the building she sat on started to shake. She looked down and realized that it was because it was on fire! And the structure was starting to collapse. She quickly jumped across to a neighboring building, and ran over a few more rooftops until she was a safe distance from the blaze.

"What th' hell caused that?" She asked out loud. She could have sworn she heard screaming, but it died under the roar of the fire. "Man, an' I really liked that place too."

Jade could feel the power surging through her body the mans soul had done wonders...like a hot meal on a cold winter day. A sudden rustling in the bushes halted her and she kneeled to the ground and made a purring sound. A smile appeared on her face as a large black panther stalked from the bushes "Ahhh...my precious pet Enya....you have waited for me?" she scratched the panthers soft head "We shall once again rule, but first we must build a new clan...we need more women who tire of mans foolish games!" Jade walked further down the street coming to a brightly light resturaunt "Mnas magic has become strong...I must have more souls!"

NYPD criminal investigation labs:
News came in about a fire that burned down a building in one of the seedy areas of the city. It would have been marked down as just another fire, if it wasn't for the strange body...or what was left of him, that the fire fighters found inside. That left the doors open for hte police to investigate the cause of this.

As the senior invesitagtors looked over the remians of the building, Ryan sought to find any witnesses in the area. He made note of a restuarnat down the way, and decided to go there first.

Jade walked into the resturaunt, Enya at her heels "Miss, you can't bring your...uhhh...panther in here!" the mans eye's widened with fear when he recognized the animal by her side. ahhhh...this one is as good as any she thought, then she walked up to the counter and blew a sweet smelling powder into the man's face "Sorry miss is threr anything you would like me to do?" the man slurred his words and acted as if he were drunk "Yes...if you would please follow me...all of you!" she blew the same powder at the three young men sitting at the counter drinking coffee. The four men followed Jade out of the resturaunt to thier doom.

Ryan was talking to a waitress at the other end of the bar, when he forze in mid speech after see when the lady with a panther did to four of the men there. "That.. is definatley not normal. Excuse me," he left to asee where she was talking them. Outside, he followed at a distance as they went into an alley.

Jade kissed the first man sucking the life out of him, when man dropped to his knees she snaped her fingers and the panther lept on him ripping his throat out. One of them men snapped out of the trance and began to run screaming back down the alley "Enya...stop him and bring him back here!" jade instructed to her panther. Jade advanced on her next victim.

Enya lept onto the man's back and tackled him to the ground "HELP....GET IT OFFA ME!" he screamed. Enya gave a cat's smile showing the tips of her fangs, then grabbed the man by his leg and began dragging him back to Jade. No one can hear you so why struggle? the mans eyes widened as the panthers thoughts entered his mind.

By the time her panther had returned Jade had finished off the other two men "Now to finish you!" she pulled the man up to his feet by his throat.[/i]

Jade narrowed her eyes and dropped the man "Hmmm....this could be interesting." she rubbed her hands together the friction causing a fireball to appear. "Try this!" she hissed as she tossed the firea at the screechin creature.

This is... turning out to be one unusual...supernatural homicide... to say the least Ryan ducked in the shadows as the scene unfolded. It certainly would be foolish to intervene, for all he had was a 9mm and a cell phone at the moment. He was relieved to see that a good power chose to distract the succumbus before all was lost.

He looked to the panther guarding the terrified man as the other two creatures confronted each other. *Let him be...* he interjected into the panther's head while approaching it. Ryan held his fire arm at ready, all the while wishing he had his sword at hand instead for this.

Jade looked at the creature crouched on the ground "Enya is a close friend of mine, she is willing to do whatever i ask of her!" she paused in thought "She only has the same goal as I.... and that is to take her land back!"

Enya wrinkled her nose and bared her fangs foolish man I obey no one , but my master....your kind has done enough destruction to my land, and you will soon die like this worm! Enya's eyes flashed with rage as she struck the man beside her with outstretched claws he is nothing why do you wish to save him?

Take back your land? Lady, I don't know what your problem is, but in case you haven't noticed, this land belongs to the humans. Not some crazy panther and some vampire wannabe.
